This is a necessary evil! We need our cars, but they may as well hire AI for any help they give. There is clearly a flat line of human like individual lifelike units working there, but they have no regard for individual situations. Get in the box, give us your money and go away!! Perhaps a listen, or maybe any acknowledgement of humanity or maybe eye contact. We have jobs too and my boss would never allow me to engage the public this way. read more

After so many years, it is incredible how DMV hasn't figured out how to serve taxpayers better. Wednesday they open at 9(?) I came up Tuesday at 7 and the line went around the building, so Wednesday I come at 6:30 for a 9 am opening. Totally ridiculous! By the way, at 6:30, I was 10th in line! read more

Great place. I enjoy going there to do my DMV business. The staff is fast and very nice. I went here for my written DMV test without appointment and finished it in less than 1.5hrs. I also completed my behind the wheel test here. The staff at the counter and inside the office were great. The only reason am giving 4 star is that the behind-the-wheel test examiner was not friendly. He was not a total asshole but I think he can a bit more friendly. He was a 5.6ft heavyset hispanic guy and he talked in an assertive tone. I think he needs some training on how to be nice and friendly to students. He has some authority as examiner but he is not in the military. read more

A couple of weeks ago I was there my daughter had an appointment to take her drivers test and we're we're helped by Becky who was on window 10. Becky has the most nastiest most degrading attitude towards us I feel like this should be brought up to someone's attention because it isn't right. If she doesn't like her job why doesn't she just quit. Customer service isn't for everyone. read more

Was at this place for drive test 8/19/2019 for my doughter. Service at this location is bitter sweet. Some of the staff are well people train but others should not be working here do to the bad attitude and rude service. The service inside was good. The drive test was disgusting. The person that did the test for my doughter was a ball headed chuby Mexican with bad rude attitude. Maybe he has too many problems at home and needs help. The mexican part is only to describe him as Im also mexican. His put his name as Rum in case anyone wants to help him. I did not know how my girl did but did ask him, with an attitude and in rude way he reply " I dont have to tell you because she is 18". What a creep read more

I was very surprised today by the efficient and courteous treatment I received . Off course I had appointment . I was called to the window within 1 minute after I got my token from the appointment desk . Both the ladies were very polite and helpful . It may be overcrowded and frustrating for many and even I had bad experience but when you get some thing good we all need to appreciate . I strongly recommend appointments if it is not urgent . read more

Totally not happy with the DMV... Came in with an appointment, thought it would be easy to find out what happened to my driver's license as it never arrived to my home... The appointment line wasn't long and I found out that they sent it to the wrong address, even though I had previously updated my address. I was given a form to fill out again and just asked to return it to the clerk. I did as I was told and returned it to another clerk assisting the appointment line. I asked if there was some way to see if the original license sent out was mailed back to the DMV, that is when she handed me a number and told me I would have to wait to be called. Apparently you can only ask one question during your appointment time. I waited 15 minutes and my number was finally called. Got up to the clerk and she advised me there was no way to tell if the previous license was returned to them or not. I can't believe they had me wait for someone to tell me this... I noticed that there were young faces everywhere at this DMV. But they all still had that nhappy , I don't want to be here, you're bothering me looks on their faces... I didn't get one "hello" or good morning how are you?" from any of the 3 clerks that kind of helped me... The DMV apparently still doesn't care about customer service... I don't understand, if you hate being there souch, find another job! read more

My biggest complaint about this place is the people who come here. Rude and most are dirty. Why???? The bathrooms are also disgusting! The staff is friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend scheduling an appointment before come here! read more

Show up at 6am if you want to be in the front of the line. The staff is reasonable but tired and stressed. Their attitude matters as much as yours do. Either way it's a dmv pretty basic the line will be around the door to the side of the building so show up early or make appointment if you don't want to work on your tan. read more

I was very pleased with the service I received from Liz on 5/1/19. She was very patient and professional when helping me change name and address. Wow how things have changed. I would have never thought that the DMV would ever be so efficient and to my surprise they absolutely are! I came before they opened and was behind approximately 60 people. When doors opened the new system in place processed the people ahead of me and myself in approx. 30-40 minutes. It used to be you had to look for a seat or a parking space but their turnover times are so fast that you have multiple spots to choose from. read more

I have scheduled appointments with the DMV in the past which have taken me 30 minutes maximum to complete my business. I scheduled an appointment at 12:20 in hopes of renewing my DL during my work lunch break. I showed up on time only to wait in "appointment line" for an hour only to receive a number. Once I obtained my number it took another 40/50 minutes to get my temporary DL. I had to call my supervisor and explain why I had to take an over 2 hour lunch. It was extremely inconvenient. I'm not sure what the purpose of scheduling an appointment is if the service took just as long as it would've if I would've simply walked in. In my opinion the DMV should adapt a new/improved system and possibly hire more staff to be better equipped to serve the vast number of customers in a timely manner and more efficiently. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received today and do not looking forward to visiting the DMV anytime soon. read more

The lines are typically like any other dmv very slow but the employee's here are worst dont smile attitude and bad sense of humor only saw like 2 that were nice and try to help and the rest don't pay attention and take too long. I went for a behind the wheel drive took same paperwork but didn't get accepted 3 times after but I did the first time which makes no sense at all 2nd time i didn't because i was 5 min late and I was waiting in line because they were slow so in total of 20 min got rescheduled and than over heard some fat lady manager maybe say no cause my insurance paper but heard her say no beacuse im leaving early but they knew it was in the system overall bad service I would avoid this place of possible. White ln seems to be better with employees but everywhere you go it will be slow read more
