It was incredibly fast. The proof of service they provided was not the one I sent them to fill out. It was one that the process created correcting two mistakes I had made. All this for $75 in Manhattan where you can't get lunch for $75. I am very pleased. I usually check Yelp reviews before I do business with anyone but I didn't do it with ABC. If I had I would not have used them. I have never seen so many negative reviews for a business on Yelp. If ABC wants to avoid future bad reviews they need to advertise their services as "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back". Then tell their independent contractor process servers that if a negative review is left on YELP due to negligence on their part they are history. ABC can respond to this review and let Yelp members know if they have made any policy changes.

We have had the worst experience with this company, without any recourse. We had a simple service…read morerequest - serve one person on behalf of himself and on behalf of his entity, which he wholly owns. Same person, one address, easy. After several days, the process server uploaded a proof reflecting service on the individual, but said it was a bad address for the entity. We've tried multiple times to connect with them to figure out why the server didn't just serve him with both packets at the same time, but they refuse to call us back, and instead are insisting we provide a different address and an additional fee. We had another bad experience with them just not serving documents for over a week last year, and were giving them one last shot. We're now hiring a separate company to effectuate service and will need to take further action to recover the paid but unearned fees for the service that ABC failed to complete. DO NOT use this company.
