Had to get a new registration and plates and from the time i walked in to the time I walked out was able 30 minutes and well worth i extra cost . A good option to use when dealing with the DMV indirectly.4 stars on my yelp meter.

I made an appointment for early in the morning and adjusted my expectations accordingly. And in the end, I'll say I was actually fairly pleasantly surprised. The parking was easy, as was the check in process. They offered free WiFi which worked pretty well, surprisingly. I waited for maybe half an hour beyond my appt time (sat 830, appt 845, called to a window 915). The entire transaction took about 30 minutes and then I was out by 950. Is anyone particularly pleasant? No, but it didn't matter and they're not mean, they're just performing a very specific job. As is always key with the DMV, though, is to be prepared. I had printed a TON of extra documents (confirming address, name, etc.) so saw people around me having a tougher time. And be sure to fill out the correct application before you come as that streamlines the process. Overall, exceeded my expectations and took about 1/3 of the time I had anticipated.

He was already inside with a ticket and arrived way before closing. I begged security to just let me in to give my boyfriend my ID so I could pay his parking tickets but she refused. I understand that there are business hours and rules but letting me in was not going to delay any process since my boyfriend was already inside with a ticket. I waited about 5 minutes to get inside and once inside, I was done in less than 10 minutes. Registration and plates in hand. $75 service fee is well worth not having to deal with going to DMV. I dealt with Eddie and highly recommend their service.

After my learners permit lapsed again, I was able to take the test online after verifying my identity and once I passed the test, was given an appointment at this location. With the appointment, you check in with a bar code and bring your form already filled out to save time. After checking into the DMV, you are called to take your photo and then you wait. and wait. and wait. 1 hour later after you scanned your barcode, you will be called to your window to take your eye exam and pay your license fee. Then be on your way. Unbeknownst to me, if you bring your passport with you to get your license, you can get a REAL ID for travel. Noted for next time. Aside from the wait time - the staff were not rude and those I interacted with were quite helpful and patient.

This time waited a bit longer. Get to the counter and told the system is down and they can't process me for real id. I'm told I could wait around and will be called again when the systems come back up. I sit around for almost two hours and go back to the same window. Then the guy tells me he can print out something for me to come back anytime before 4:30 pm. I just left after coming back only to be told the systems are still down. Told I could come back again tomorrow. Guy didn't even schedule me for an appointment even though I'm sure he could've. Also told me he could only extend my "pass" to tomorrow. Basically his definition of extending my pass is just writing on the original document. Seriously why am I being limited to only tomorrow? So if the systems are down again tomorrow what then? I realize that systems go down so if that's really the case then it is easy it is. But my experience at this location has been nothing but a waste of time. Partly my fault I guess because I was here a few days also and didn't have all my documents and happened to find an appointment for this morning. Guess I'll just keep checking or come back tomorrow.
