Don't even bother coming here...go to a different location. Their system is down ALL the time. Today is my 4th attempt in 7 days.

I believe upon and entering tickets we're given out prior to the line up so basically I guess that means that my ticket number represents the place in as it is understood to be. I heard a customer yell out about his disliking for the wait. Others nodding their heads in agreement 2 visit 11-3-2022 Ticket 88 I arrived at opening the call number that heard after receiving the ticket was number 66 so again hopefully this paints a picture of the wait time frame. All I can say is as for waiting this not conducive if you have littles to wait especially if it goes on after the first to the second hour. I can say that the staff behind the glass did say good morning when I got my ticket-- oh by the way seating is very limited especially if there's already a line formed so keep that in mind. You may not be seated until a seat becomes available so be prepared to stand Incase one wanted to know what number is in service/being called there's a brown box with the number light up in red above the service door

The second time was a charm even though the line was long, it moved pretty smoothly. The lady moving the line along was like a conductor, quick to correct if you're in the wrong line. I sat down on the bench by the office door like you told me to. I was next to a 20-ish black male. He and I both witnessed you absolutely verbally abusing the people that came through the door. At first I was amused...but then I realized you were unhinged. You called a white couple that merely questioned where to go "aggressive" several times. We saw the whole thing go down. No aggressiveness, except for YOU. We saw you talk down to a Hispanic male, telling him you KNEW he knew English and that he needed to take a seat and stop playing. (Are you a clairvoyant? How do you know the linguistic capabilities of people who just walk in the door?) We saw you berate a woman, a man, and another couple. Finally, the young man next to me addressed you: "Hey Security guard - I'm calling your supervisor. You're talking crazy to these people". You bucked up to him and challenged him to do so. And THEN - I witnessed you use some self control. You acted a little more professionally. This tells me that you are capable of being in control of yourself and that you were aware of your actions. There was NO excuse for how you behaved today. Even if I was not the recipient of your verbal abuse, I was extremely troubled with how you handled the public as they came in to do their business today. If I spoke like that at my job, I would promptly be fired, and rightfully so. You, sir, need to retire, find a different job, or go through some therapy. You are obviously too comfortable in your job, you don't like the people you serve, and you don't fear ramifications of your behavior. Oh, and the information you spat out at me like it was the Gospel was wrong. You are not God. You need God.

The lady that was greeting everybody at the door and finding out what they needed was the most pleasant and I thought, wow this is a surprise! But then we waited 30 minutes after our appointment time and my son was supposed to test to get his learners permit. The lady we went to was pretty rude. I'm assuming he failed the eye test, but we were never actually told that. When I said something about the test, she's snarled, "He's not taking the test." And I mean that she literally snarled at me. She threw a form at me, charged me two dollars, and said come back tomorrow with his glasses. Now that's on him that he didn't have his glasses for his eye test, but turns out that the form she threw at me has to be filled out by his ophthalmologist. She could have told us that. She could have told us he failed the eye exam instead of us just guessing. And I'm not even gonna talk about the other female employee that screamed at everybody to be quiet or she'd escort them out of the building when applause broke out after a number was called. If you have 50-60 people waiting with one guy saying he'd been there since 8:15 am and it was now 3 pm, they're gonna break out in applause when a number is called after 30 minutes of no number being called. If you don't have the patience for that and scream at already frustrated customers, maybe the DMV isn't the job for you!
