The building is clean and very spacious, and it went faster than I expected. I was here to renew my license and you have to have your information prepared before they give you your number. The information desk is to the left of the entrance, and the employees were friendly. The employee reviewed my documents, submitted my information, took a new photo (unfortunately mine is terrible lol), and they print a temporary license until the new one comes in the mail. read more

Give and renew state drivers license and identification cards. Also renew CDL license. Even though there are long lines they work hard and get you out quickly. Friendly and helpful staff and very knowledgeable. I believe you can also renew your license online but you need two proof of residency. read more

I had a great experience at this location! Staff is nice. Be sure to sign up for an appointment online. Signing up online in advance can save you hours. I signed up in advance and only had to wait 20 minutes. If you did not sign up for an appointment, you have to wait outside in line. You are waiting outside until those inside finish their business and leave. Social Distancing is the reason. Once inside, you check in at the counter with a clerk and get your ticket number. You sit in a chair on the floor and watch the TVs to see when your number will be called. They also call the numbers over a speaker. Be sure to have all your paper work ready. read more

Went to renew my license and get a name change. I was greeted upon entry and given a name number. I wasn't seated 15 minutes before my number was called and I was getting taken care of. In and out in less than 30 minutes at this location. I was shocked. Not one issue or bad attitude. Definitely will be returning here when needed. read more

Took my son to get his Learners Permit on 9/11/2023. There were no lines, went straight to the info desk and checked in. Both ladies at the desk were VERY polite and kind to us. We then went to the window and we were served by Examiner Spight. I must commend her on her knowledge, speed and ability to answer any questions we had. Found the process of renewing my driver license efficiently seamless. I'm sure a lot of it had to do with the fact I visited the DMV at 11 AM on a Wednesday. I hear this is one of the less busy times. Very nice modern and spacious facility. Instructions of who to see and where to go are clearly marked and easy to follow. I'm here for a friend... Seriously, had some righteous fun and somehow didn't make it to court on time. But please whatever you do, don't tell anyone. Hollering!!! My experience? Fantastic! I was greeted by Officer Holmes with a gigantic smile when I walked through the door. She thoroughly explained the proper procedure to take care of my fun. I filled out my forms, paid my bill, posed for the camera, and your girl was ballin! And most importantly, no more worrying about that riding dirty business. It's mean out here in these streets yo. Yes, I do like to laugh. The time? I wasn't in and out in five minutes, but the experience was cordial considering how many people were being served and the time of day I appeared. read more

When it was my turned the worker that was suppose to help was talking to her other workers while I was explaining what I needed to do. I brought my Certificate for a handgun permit, they didn't know what it was, and they were talking to each other laughing saying that I was an idiot. I am always scared to go to the DMV. Then when I walked in, I saw a gazillion people. The lady at the information booth got my attention and asked what I needed. Then she told me to go to a kiosk and enter my information with credit card information. Then I was immediately called for my picture. I was in there for no longer than like 10 minutes. read more

Be prepared to wait 2 1/2 hours and treated like a possible terrorist. Better make sure you bring your whole file cabinet or you're just wasting your time. Customer service sucks.....workers slack off.....some of the staff is actually pretty cool.......overall.....bad experience. Too long of a process. read more
