Joan is so pleasant, professional, always on time and responds to calls promptly. Her schedule fills up quickly, so don't think you can call her today and expect her to be available tomorrow. He did show up when he said he would and did what appeared to be good prep of the walls. However installation wasn't great. I had to stand there and watch to make sure he paid attention to detail. It ended up being better than the first very, very poor installation but it wasn't difficult to do a little better than that. Also, he didn't really seem to care when I asked about fixing the problems and he offered a really weak excuse blaming the paper (which was expensive and good quality). I paid him $500 which isn't terrible, however it's not great for a mediocre job. And -- he had the nerve to send me a thank you note afterwards. It's very concerning to deal with a contractor who doesn't seem to have pride in his work or any concern about doing the best job he can. I cannot recommend his wallpaper work.
