He also jacked up the entrance to the basement which is not finished. He is supposed to start doing the outside of the buildings. We have a contract. He charged me $55,000. I paid him more than half of what he charged me. He spent at least 1/3 of what he collected already. I am trying to find him. He also jacked up a back porch with the Cheapest flinzy board that he could find . I am reporting his company on the BBB and Consumer Affairs website. I can't find his business in Middletown anymore. I need to know if he is in Waterbury now. I found a business there with the same name.
