What I gave to be scanned was an organized program sequence in a carousel, what I got back was a baggy full of slides an empty carousel. and a thumb drive of poorly copied / scanned slides. It was fun, fast and easy; the young man behind the counter got me handled in no time and knew all of the required specifics for a USA passport. He did inform me that they do process non USA passport photos, the photo requirements are often different; I suggest calling ahead to make sure the right person is there to take those photos. Their albums and refills are not easy to locate among craft retailers like A.C. Moore; Michael's Arts and Crafts; or Joann's as they don't carry all Pioneer products... thus four stars. In addition, Pioneer's Mulberry 12" X 12" E-Z Load scrapbook albums does not have a large capacity to uphold many pages with expansion... total disappointment as I rather insert more plastic sleave pages rather than constantly purchase a whole new album.
