They determined that would take a few days to fix it and to fit it into their schedule between other customers. They saved me by giving me a loaner car which was so much appreciated since I don't know anyone in the area who could help out. I really like how they would call and update me daily and sent pictures on the issues and descriptions in an email. I don't know about you but I can never remember when they rattle off a bunch of issues. It was nice to be able to reference back to that email. The price was also reasonable. I would recommend them. They were also humble enough to point out that they don't have alignment available right now but recommended another shop. That speaks volumes. Very helpful front counter person as well.

For tires and oil changes I have never had an issue. They have even able to steer us in a better direction knowing issues a vehicle has had consistent problems with as they see so many. We drive GMC/Chevys. I am getting my honda accord tires there too.

Don from the Southern division…read moreof the company initially called me back and we discussed what was needed, and he asked me to send him my video inspection of my line, and a city contact since the city was the one mandating the fix. I emailed this to him, and followed up with multiple emails and phone calls on attempting to get the estimate. He never called me back, never emailed either. If they weren't able to do the job, that's fine but common courtesy would've been to at least let the customer know. Not a good look.

Obtained bids and had the pipe scoped by four different companies and Don from Northland Lining hit it out of the park. Excellent communication with me, he worked well with the city inspector on my behalf, suggested ways to control cost, was able to squeeze us in despite having already made some other commitments, followed up after job completion. Could not have imagined a better experience about a topic on which I never had a desire to learn anything about. Would rehire again in a minute.
