My car broke down off 94, we were going to Baxter, MN for the holiday weekend. Car overheated, I pulled over and found a American Inn, Rigs to Rods, and a car part store. Awesome, since this was around 9pm, there was no way I could work on the car. Might as well enjoy the pool with the kids. Next morning, I took my car over 1/2 a block to have Rigs and Rods take a look at my car. They were very friendly, competent, honest. They took a look at my car, told me I had blown a head gasket (bummer!). The tech there called a few people, offered me his loaner car to take my kids back to the cities, and helped me with other options. He connected me with a car dealer, got a new to me car, made sure I okay. What an awesome experience with Rigs to Rods! He hardly even charged me for taking a look at the car, just wanted to make sure me and my family were okay. Great people! read more

Well to start it all off I had a motor swap done on my 92 lifted Chevy s10 done middle of the summer and I can't say anything bad about the shop or the workers. Especially rob the owner he decided to start sponsoring me for car audio car shows as his first person to be sponsored by the awesome company. They always got awesome sales and give aways every month and they do awesome payment plans. Rigs to rods is my number 1 shop to go to and recommend to friends and family. Rigs to Rods and Rob the owner was recommended to me by a trusted friend, on pulling up it's obvious he has a lot going on as there was hardly anywhere to park with customer and project vehicles filling his lot. After going in Rob dropped everything and took me and my truck for a spin and quickly diagnosed the problem and quoted me a price for the repair and he was able to get me in the next day as I needed my truck repaired asap. When I picked up my vehicle the next day it was fixed and for the price that was quoted. They ALWAYS have time for you! And unfortunately for me, I have to have Ignition Interlock in my Vehicle. I use Intoxalock, which they service. I do have Certain issues here and there with that Company, BUT Rigs to Rods ( whom is Authorized servicer) IS ABSOLUTELY GREAT!! And takes the initiative to help in any way they can. Brought our van in after a deer ran head on into the side of it ! Rob and his team worked with the insurance and repaired it without having to replace the door and all the graphics you can't even tell it was fixed !!
