After doing a thorough evaluation, he said I do not need new gutters, rather a "tune-up" would suffice. So here I am, ready to shell out a much a larger sum of money and he talks me out of it! WHO does that? So I book the job and when the crew arrives ( Andrew, Thomas, and Paul ) they immediately go to work after I pointed out some items of concern. Ron was there from the first phone call for an estimate, to an in-person estimate, and then his personal hands-on installation work. Ron is a consummate skilled craftsman at his trade who was coaching a new assistant during our installation. He is a patient professional who visited our home several times to answer questions and refine the estimate as our thinking changed. When Ron comes and provides with you a quote the first thing you'll notice is his expertise, professionalism, and friendly manner. He will walk with you and ask your needs and wants. He'll give you his professional opinion and let you decide what works best for you. His pricing was reasonable and fair. Although Ron did not push it, I added the stainless screens on top of most gutter runs because we have lots of leaves from a Long Beach City tree and needles from our row of tall junipers. I felt very confident in choosing L I Metal from the start. Estimates were within a couple hundred dollars, but that's not why I chose them. One was just in a rush to leave, brought no samples he just had pictures on his phone and tried to sell us the leaf cover which we didn't need as we have no trees close by. The other parked in my driveway, arrived 20min early (I was out running errands) I know it sounds silly, but that was off putting. Installation was quick. Two installers did the job in a couple of hours. (One story home) I would highly recommend them for your gutter needs.
