Updating this review to two stars. These guys used to I've been using this company for over a year and, up until recently, they were my go-to window cleaners. They were always responsive, delivered top-notch quality, and provided great customer service. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has completely changed my view. During their last visit, some windows were left with a residue. I simply asked for someone to come take a look and fix the issue. Since the residue didn't show up well in photos, I explained the problem instead--but no one ever followed up. I called multiple times and gave them more than one opportunity to make it right, but my messages were left on read and my calls were ignored. They never sent anyone out or even acknowledged the concern. It's really disappointing that long-term customer service and accountability don't seem to matter. I valued their work for a long time, but being completely ghosted over a simple request is unacceptable. Sadly, I wouldn't continue to recommend them. read more

And he used a 25 foot wand to avoid breaking the tile roof too. So great with the wand wash that few have by the way Then off to a ton of mud caked gutters. A mess and they're perfect now. Then window cleaning. Folders now less - all over. Cleaned tracks too and was meticulous unlike most window cleaners who don't give tracks much care. Then power washed the yard future Yep. Clean now like new. A big job as I never took it inside and it had green stuff on it Now it's new again To perfection. All this. All perfect. Best of all -- All priced at way less as a package deal. Waaay less than some of those high priced solar folks charge. And the gutter pros too who can gutter punch you with the cost. The kindness and good nature and effort is appreciated.
