We had 30 panels across 4 separate arrays with heavy nesting and an old chicken wire setup that a previous guy had improperly nailed straight into the roof. Bernardo worked through brutal summer heat, stripped off all the old wire, meticulously filled in all the nail holes with sealant to prevent water damage, cleared out all the nasty debris underneath, and installed the new 17-gauge mesh with proper clips. It ended up taking much longer than a standard job due to how bad the mess was, but Bernardo communicated everything clearly, stayed transparent on the extra time needed, and didn't cut a single corner. The panels look spotless and the roof is finally protected the right way. Huge thanks to Reuben and Bernardo!

We had a valve blow on one of our vehicles that left a serious oil stain down the length of our driveway. Although we cleaned it immediately, the oil had already seeped into the concrete. Due to an upcoming vacation, we could not schedule service for a few weeks and were concerned that nothing could be done to remove the stain. When Cole arrived to assess the situation, he was honest and explained the porous nature of concrete. He thought that he might be able to improve the stain and offered to clean a test area. After seeing the improvement, we approved the job for the entire driveway. He worked hard spraying, scrubbing, washing and voila! The stains were almost completely removed, and in some areas, completely gone! We are thrilled with the result and grateful for Cole's hard work. He is an amazing young man with an incredible work ethic, as well as very personable and engaging. You definitely can trust him to do an outstanding job. We moved into our mobile home over a year ago. This is a well established park and the units range in age. Our mobile home is old. The windows and siding hadn't been cleaned in many years. These guys were fantastic! They were able to come by within a day's notice and clean both the interiors and exteriors of our two-story office building. Not only that, they scraped off some of decals and paint that we hadn't been able to get off for years. They were quick, super courteous and polite, and incredibly professional. I had them pickup trashes and pressure washed our business parking lot. There are a couple big trees around our lot and the leaves really made a mess on our lot, but Cole and his team did an excellent job of cleaning it up. I thought he was going to just use the hose or something but no, he has a German made instrument that filters hard water so that its super clean. As a chemist, I know what a good filter system is, and hands-down, Germany is where its at! Afterwards, he cleaned the sides of the window panels plus the springs. My landlord called me up to thank me because the Mr.Marvel team caught some issues with the windows that ended up saving them money in the long run.
