    On January 9, 2026, I visited this UPS Store location and paid $18.97 to mail important documents…read morevia First Class and Certified Mail. Over a week later, I was unable to locate any tracking information associated with the reference number provided (9589071052703474835793). I contacted the store and spoke with Gene, who identified himself as the manager. He advised me to visit the nearest USPS location, stating the documents should have already been picked up. When I went to USPS, I was informed that the tracking code had never been activated and that they could not assist me because the mailing service was purchased through UPS. I then called the store again and spoke with an associate named Chloe. I requested to speak directly with Gene. She refused to transfer the call, continued repeating information I had already discussed with Gene, and ultimately hung up on me. She also made false accusations regarding my conduct on the call, which I strongly deny. I encourage the store to review the recorded phone call for accuracy. When I eventually spoke with Gene again, his behavior was highly unprofessional. He was dismissive, disrespectful, and unwilling to help resolve the issue. He told me to "shut my mouth and stop talking," which made me extremely uncomfortable. When I went into the store in person to address the matter, his behavior escalated. He continued to be rude, aggressive, and sarcastic in front of other customers, displaying anger and harassment that are completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I even have a video I would love to share so you can see his behavior. He denied me access to any higher-ups to resolve this issue. I am a long-time customer and have spent my hard-earned money at this location for years. This experience crossed a line. My documents were lost, no solution or accountability was offered, and I was treated with disrespect throughout the process. Nothing was done to make the situation right. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and it reflects very poorly on the management of this location. I would like a refund or for proper accountability to be taken.

Convenient location Lots of parking space Close to the Commons Mall Wells Fargo Bank Next door to the Sushi Co And many other businesses Close to the I-5 , 320th and PAC Hwy I gave them 5* for excellent service I'm glad I came here instead of going to USPS they have horrible service I would totally recommend UPS for your shipping.     I had to pay a visit to the licensing service to obtain the enhanced ID (aka Real ID) for domestic…read moretraveling. I strongly recommend everyone to make an appointment way ahead of time because it will save you so much time! My appointment was at 3:30pm. Arrived at 3:15pm for a ticket. What I noticed was that, people who came after me but had an appointment prior mine still get the priority. My number was called at 3:28pm and got my visit wrapped by 3:35pm. A week prior, I tried to walk in hoping to get an appointment. But the staff told me it will take me at least an hour to 1.5 hours wait. So I ended up leaving and stuck with my originally scheduled appointment.

The manager, aware that lines are long, hides in her office to avoid having to deal with problems. She should step up the the counter and help. Why? This is a private business which gets its significance from the State of Washington. They are the only game in town. They seem to use this fact to guide their business strategy. Clearly, it is an enterprise with little reward and a lot of irksome problems that come with waiting on the a public that is lazy, ill-informed and impatient. Like me. This company has no incentive to 'get better', preferring to hide behind the skirts of the Department of Licensing in Olympia. In a small way, I feel sorry for the people who work here-- The fact that they are designated 'trainee' suggests they have not been there very long (or that the manager/owner uses that title to avoid paying a higher wage. )
