Three days later I get a text message that says they can not come on May 3rd. They have to reschedule me for May 30th !!! Needless to say I am mad, waiting almost 3 months and now they cancel. I told them to forget it! Today 3 days before the original date of the 3rd I get a phone call, asking if I want the 30th date. I already told them NO. Unreliable outfit. They have no business advertising their services from Phoenix to Tucson if they know they can not service it. Their excuse was that they don't have a service team now in Tucson. We talked about costs and services and he explained what a master inspector entailed (additional training and certification)! My reason for seeking out several other appraisers was to vet the one recommended by my real estate agent (also highly rated). It turned out that everything was on the level and in the same price ballpark so I opted to honor my agent's referral. Had I not had a matching equivalent I would have gone with Mark and Pride Property, hands down.
