In turn is providing false information to customer. No knock on the receptionist Contacted them because of an attorney Mathew Truong (based on his experience with licensing), it clearly states on their website he's "OF COUNCIL", there's a picture of him on their site. Here's how many different answers I received from the receptionist once a called. 1) I don't know who he is, maybe he goes by a different name (there's a picture of him on your site! checks with someone). 2) He's on leave (how long? Again checks with someone). 3) There's no one here with that name asked if someone else would work (so can you put me in contact with that specific attorney? checks with someone). Paralegal (Vickie) picks up the phone with an stinking attitude like she missed breakfast and lunch. I'm looking to get in touch with attorney xxx. She responds "He's not there physically, only contract his service"! Could you put me in contact with the attorney? If not forward my info to attorney xxx. Tells me to hold on, receptionist picks up the phone again. So paralegal Vickie was helpful as a stop sign. Receptionist tells me they'll look for his information and get back to me within 30 mins. If anyone reading this that means there was no 30 mins response. They have that specific attorney on their site but yet they don't know who he is and how to get in touch with him. Called their 626 branch to see if he's there, again they don't have attorney xxx there and never heard of him. He's listed on your website, ohh he's at the GG office. I just call there they don't know who he is either, and providing me with false information. Well office manager is busy rite now. Sum it up. Useless, uninformative. The staff gives an terrible impression of this "LAW OFFICE". Got bullsh#t all around, wasted my time. The services sucks. No knock on the receptionist, the office staff provided them with erroneous information, in turn customer is getting the run around. Terrible! Haven't talked to attorney yet, won't comment on them. Spoke with the receptionist to see if I could speak with someone regarding my case and she transferred me to someone named Mai/My. Didn't sound like she really wanted to hear my case and interrupted me before I could finish my story just to give me a phone number to text my car damage to. She said she would call me back to see if she could handle my case and abruptly hung up. I sent the pictures and got no response. They're quick to get your case and get you go with them but after that CRICKETS...You will have to constantly follow up and there is still no updates. Most lawyers would never advise you to do a recorded interview with the other party lawyer but this office did ask that, and they asked 4-5 months after the incident happened which makes absolutely no sense. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! You can bring your case elsewhere and ask the new lawyer to take over the case. You have the power to do that as a client. read more

This law office is awesome. I was involved in a traffic accident and it was later determined that I was partially at fault. Despite that, this office won a fairly big settlement for me. The attorney Do Phu himself met me initially to go over the details of the accident, explained the process of how they would work on my case and the timeline as well as treatments. They had a very good medical team that pushed things along. They called to make arrangements with different doctors for my medical needs. They called me to follow up on my progress and get me more treatment when I still had pain. At the end of the process, when the attorney himself called me to inform me of the amount of money he won for my case, I couldn't believe it! I thought he confused me with another client as my name is pretty popular. But when I arrived at the office, the amount was correct and I was astonished. I really appreciate their effort to win such a large amount of money for me. I recommend this law office highly: the attorney is very good and the staff is very nice, attentive and efficient. I was involved in a bigger T-bone accident in the past and the other driver was totally at fault, went to a different (famous) law office and had such bad experience. First off I never met the attorney, only the paralegal. They had no control over the case or the slacking staff, missed the timeline for my case and had to cut short on my medical treatments. My accident at the time was very bad, I was seriously injured and was taken to the hospital. I was required to have 2 surgeries, yet nobody from this law office followed up with me, I had to hunt people down by calling the main office every month to nag them about my treatments. Nobody from their medical team answered my calls or voice messages for months. Their main office only had sales people and they didn't care, all they cared about was sales quota and they could not keep up with the cases and let them fall through the cracks. Don't let the popular, over-advertising names fool you as they probably outsourced the cases and had no idea what's going on. For my case, because they sat on the case for too long with little progress, we were running out of time at the end and my second surgery as well as physical therapy were not included in the case. I ended up getting only half the money that I was supposed to get (believe me, the amount was disappointing). Learn from my mistake and avoid taking your case to the overburdened law offices. I can't even fill out my retirement applications and had to give up my job and retire. that part is easy said than done, I was trying to apply for disability retirement with my company.the bureaucracy was a nightmare. I went to the law firm for help. I was expecting to pay good money for their services.I walked in without an appointment on that that first day and ran into Mr. Do Phu. During our conversation he found out that I am adisabled US VET. Yes I retired from the US AirForce after gone through the1st Gulf war in 92 for Kuwait.I got call back into service during 9/11 for Operation "Noble Eagle". I did another 12 years with the AF Reserve that spanned Iraq and Afghanistan wars. retired a disabled vet after another 12 years stint in the USAF t. I discovered that Mr. DO Phu is also an American Veteran.He was with the US Army JAG.So we had 2 very common bonds. We are both Vietnameese and US military veterans.I explained to Mr. Do phu my issues and he offered to help but he refused to accept any legal fees. He assigned a junior lawyer to assist me with my case. When I was younger about 18 years old, I got in a group fight (gang fight) that's what the police called it. I had 6 charges in total. Long story short it was my first offense with six charges in total. My mom heard about these idiots on tv and told me to go hire them. On the day I was suppose to go accept my charges they sent someone that barely spoke English to handle my case. When he was handing the DA's assistant my plead his hands were shaking. They ended up accepting all 6 charges. When I spoke to my friends about it the other guys only had 1 charge each and they had public defender. I did 3 months while my friends went in for 1 month. I was laying in my cell pissed off at these idiots I paid 3k to hire them while my friends had free public defenders and they got a better deal than I did. How was this even possible ??????
