Not recommended stay away. Came in today to get a signature for FMLA forms for a couple of hours absence at work only because my wife required care due to the anesthesia. They Tried to use the excuse that I have to be a patient to get a signature. I said my wife's medical record has has the medical information release form with my name on it. Dr. Do has been caring for families for decades in the Humble Kingwood area. Great physician, great staff. I highly recommend him.

Been trying to get my kids recorded sent to our new doctors office. I even tried to just get them my self. Every time i try they say they are working on it. It been over a year. We love Dr Do and give him and his staff 5 stars but refuse to deal with his receptionist Naomi any longer. I have sat and witnessed her berate people publicly and loudly about billing and Ins coverage and past due bills for everyone in the waiting room to hear. She is rude and condescending. Today She claimed my child wasn't on my insurance and the card I gave her wasn't being accepted after calling Bechtel and Blue Cross and being assured it was in fact valid she starts telling me the numbers on my Ins card are wrong and she figured it out I could hang up my phone and pay my co pay. She would not admit she was wrong and continued to publicly argue with me that my insurance card numbers were printed wrong on my insurance. I will give Dr Do and his nurses 5 STARS (more if I could) but the receptionist 0. It is a real shame my Mom will be leaving after 8 years with Dr Do and myself and my kids after 3 yrs because of this particular receptionist Naomi. Mr Mike the other receptionist / billing is sweet and amazing as is the rest of his staff. If you want your blood pressure elevated by Naomi the receptionist before seeing your Dr then this is the place for you!!! Sorry Dr Do. I would no longer recommend this office! They are basically using the Covid scam no matter what you are being seen for. This is the 2nd time they have tried to force me to have a covid test to be seen when neither visit had anything to do with any symptoms for covid. I was released from the er with a serious infection and my wound need to be looked at and they tell me in order to see me I have to have a covid swab. Well if the er knew it was not covid and had no concerns with swabbing for it, my dr should of not been concerned. I had no covid symptoms and I will not be doing business any longer with this office. I am sure they are making a killing by trying to force everyone to have a covid test once they find out you have good insurance!!! read more

The worst. This place wasn't that great to begin but now someone has bought the company and you don't even see a real DR. You see a NP and she doesn't know how to diagnose. Went in with swelling of my lip/face and she said that it's a cold sore and prescribed cold sore medicine. I literally left there and went to the ER because my face hurt so bad and I kept going back and forth with her telling her it's an infection and needs antibiotics just for the ER dr to see my face and automatically know it's an infection and Rx some antibiotics. SMH. Definitely won't go back to someone who has no idea what she's taking about. read more

Do not go to this clinic. They will take your money, make you wait for an hour, and the doctor would not even prescribe the correct medication for your illness. I could even self-medicate myself through WebMD. Worst of all, and recently on 5/15/2019, I waited for an hour only to be told to see a specialist. So they schedule the appointment only to find out in the end that I am out-of-network. Why would I pay $100 more out of pocket when they already took my money? read more

HORRIBLE experience! If I could give them a negative 100 I would. I made an appointment to get a simple vaccine and they told me my insurance policy was terminated. I called my insurance and they said my policy was active. There was back and forth phone calls that I finally decided to three way call this office with my insurance. The insurance rep assured them I was covered, but this office wouldnt take that as an answer. The receptionist, Naomi, was absolutely the RUDEST person that once the insurance rep and I hung up with this office the rep was astonished about how we were spoken to. Also, Mike was extremely rude, saying he had nothing to do with my case even though Naomi said he was the biller that "called" my insurance (my insurance said there was NO record of anyone calling today to check my benefits). Naomi also told me I could not get a copy of my medical records even though I have a right to them. I worked for a doctors office and we ALWAYS gave patients their medical records upon request. I ended up cancelling my follow up appointment with them because I will not tolerate being spoken to so rudely. There are way too many doctors in this town that would love my business. They are NOT patient friendly! read more
