I love that Dobra Tea had a location on the east side now. It has everything you love about the other locations plus the added bonus of easy parking. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They genuinely, want you to love your drink and have a great experience. Great space to sit on a pillow at a tea table and let the tea melt away your stress in the space they have set up. It's one of those businesses you will always walk away feeling better because how could you not.

The place was full up when we got there, leaving us to sit at the community table with one awkwardly left laptop. Then, we transitioned to a lil corner. Save some time to enjoy the experience and watch the process, and ask questions. Everything was delicious and evoked happiness, peace and namaste.

Dobra in Pittsburgh has long been a favorite haunt so we were excited to find this location. Quiet and peaceful, the selection is absolutely top notch. There's something for the tea connoisseur and for the novice drinker. So glad to have this option on the east side.

My favorite place in Asheville, such a vibe! We've literally driven out of our way to stop by on road trips.

What an amazing place! The atmosphere is calm for solo people wanting to hang out with a book or…read morejournal but social enough for people who want to meet with a group. They have options for those who want to sit at a table and for those who want to sit on the floor. The tea selections are far and wide! The menu is huge! At first I was overwhelmed with the options, but the lady at the counter was nice and helpful with recommendations. We were bummed to have missed out on the lunch since the kitchen closes at 3pm, but that made us even more eager to come back at another time. Both dessert options we chose - the S'mores Tart and Black Sesame Ginger Cake - were delicious! I chose the masala tea with rooibos with oat milk and honey. I loved the way it was served, and even though I usually drink my tea straight, it was fun to experiment with the milk and honey. I will definitely be coming back many more times and check out their other locations too!

I searched on their website and saw Dobra Tea in west Asheville was open and sells their tea! I walked over and have been here for 45 minutes enjoying my chai! I honestly thought I would just get it to go but it's a lovely atmosphere! A couple next to me is clearly on a first date and I'm eavesdropping and it sounds like it's going really well! I got 2 boxes of the Asheville tea company tea and an iced chai latte. So grateful to be able to support west Asheville during this time of rebuilding.

She said it was the best shaved ice she's ever had and way better than any she even had in Hawaii. I was intrigued and suggested to my husband we stop by after dinner one night. This cafe is soooo cute. I'm here on vacation and trying not to work, but if i needed to work for a few hours I would definitely go here. I'd work and eat one dessert after another. The mango shaved ice was even better than expected. It was ginormous and I was full from dinner, but did a pretty good job eating most of it because it was too delicious to stop. My husband got a piece of blueberry cheesecake and i couldn't help, but have a few bites of that as well. I was hoping to make it back a second (or third) time, but sadly don't think we are going to have time. Another reason to come back to Asheville and it may just be my first stop!

Loved their menu as well. Although their mini cakes and other treats appealed to me as well, I opted to try their Taro Shaved Ice (they had 2 other flavors as well...think Mango and Mocha?). Well, their Taro Shaved Ice was PERFECT!!! The shaved ice was nice and dry, and the toppings (Boba, Lychee jelly, and Strawberries...even whipped cream on top) were generous and delicious! LOVED the place...and I can't wait to return! My husband will absolutely loved their version of Shaved Ice...What a treat to come!

I've purchased many rubs, salts, spices, and sugars from them over the years and all of them have been amazing. I especially like their smoked salts. I like to bake giant chocolate chip cookies and sprinkle them with the smoked salt crystals to give them an extra layer of flavoring. You can taste anything you want such as the salts or sugars or rubs, just ask one of the associates to help you. You can smell anything you like yourself by just opening the jars and taking a nice whiff. Many items come in bags and some come in shakers. If you get something coarse you can ask for a grinder top that goes on your shaker for when you want smaller particles. I love the butchers blend general purpose seasoning for many things. My kids love the cinnamon sugar shaker with a grinder top....the put it on everything and we frequently run out. In addition to salts, spices, and sugars they have a huge tea selection. And before you scoff at the prices, just remember it takes just a tiny amount of these high quality loose leaf teas to make a cup of tea. Teas that you buy in the store are not fresh and are harvested too early, commercialized, and it requires a lot more to get the flavor you want. So these tiny bags of tea really do last a long time. I like to look up ancient tea and herbal blends online and then buy all the components here and make my own teas to try and then adjust the recipes to my liking. They often have some free samples of tea and other items to try hot or cold in the store, just ask. For me this is a store I always stop at when visiting Asheville.
