Do not ever go to this imaging center. I haven't lived in the area very long and my daughter's…read morepediatrician ordered an X-ray because they think she might have a fracture. This place was the closest imaging office to the pediatrician (not to mention do not know the are yet). This was on a Friday. We walked in and were immediately checked in and taken back. I figured it would be Monday and we would hear back from the Dr. they said they hadn't received the results. When I called the imaging they said unless it was marked STAT it would be 7-10 days before it was read. Now don't you think this is something a person should be informed of when they walk in to ask if they can be seen? So spoke with the pediatrician and they faxed over a new order marking it STAT. I call back today (Tuesday) and am told "we received the fax and if it was STAT it would have been marked that way to begin with or the Dr would have called. We will get to it when we get to it". So basically a child is supposed to go another week or so in pain because people can't do their job nor can they inform you prior that it will take this long. Also if you do have the pleasure to speak with them on the phone be sure to pay attention to what they say as they hang up because I might just her "F@$k you or Bitch" from the person on the other end.

It's bad enough waiting over an hour from my appointment time for a doctor's visit, but for a…read moresimple vaccine/nurses appointment? Unacceptable. I saw my doctor a week ago for a physical. Got called back pretty fast, but still had to wait in the room for nearly an hour to be seen. Had asked him about updating my vaccines and was told to check Mychart. Go on Mychart and see I need to update 2 of them (I need them for my nursing school requirements). Scheduled my appointment for a week later. Now today. 5/3/25. I arrive about 15 minutes early for my 1:00 appointment. Got the paperwork done. Wait 35 minutes and still haven't been called back. Go to front desk and am told they may be running a bit behind. 2:03 and still haven't been called back. Everyone getting called back but me and I'm just here for a shot. Never took this long for a simple shot. Only reason I didn't put one star is because the staff are nice.

During a critical medical situation, I accompanied my husband to the emergency room following our…read morephysician's recommendation due to concerning blood oxygen levels. Upon arrival at 10:30 AM, initial medical assessments were conducted, including blood work, an electrocardiogram, and a chest X-ray, all completed within an hour. After these initial tests, we were unexpectedly returned to the waiting area, where we remained until approximately 2:30 PM. The environment was notably unclean, with unkempt waiting areas and restroom facilities. It felt like a inter city or third world ER. My husband's medical care was alarmingly inadequate. He was positioned on a bed near the nurses' station, exposed and without privacy. This gave us the opportunity to observe the staff. The main concern of the staff was a employee visiting with her baby, homemade muffins and DD doughnuts. It appeared to be the hang out for EMT's, security and at least four nurses doing little of nothing. My husbands vitals were taken once, with his pulse consistently dropping to a dangerously low 36 beats per minute, which was noted but was not of interest to the assigned nurse. Most disturbingly, no monitoring equipment was used to track his blood pressure, blood oxygen levels, or pulse throughout the rest of our entire emergency room stay. The nursing staff's interaction was perfunctory at best. Nurses would initiate questions but consistently interrupt or walk away before receiving a response, resulting in less than five minutes of meaningful patient engagement during our entire emergency room experience. Because of all the inept, nonexistent monitoring and lack of communication between staff and physician, all the physician noted was his oxygen levels seemed to be in normal range at this time (monitored for less than five minutes). The physician seemed unaware of his dangerously low pulse, that it had been noted he had fluid in one lung by the nurse, no mention of his blood work that indicated very low white blood cell count. Regardless, he was discharged with nothing but the advice to reach out to your heart and pulmonary specialists for follow up. In closing, even with all the alarming ER activity, if the results were the same and my husband had been treated with minimal concern, monitoring and shared information between staff, we would have left at least not feeling more confused and uncertain of our immediate health concerns for my husband.
