She would rather ask a set of pre-fixed questions and would not let patients share their main signs and symptoms. Her assistant was better in paying attention. Dr B lacked bed side manners, empathy and professionalism. We do understand that physicians are rushed to complete the visit in a certain amount of time. However, she did not make any effort to diagnose the patient properly. We visited her to get a second opinion. She seemed to be pretty convinced about the prior diagnosis and was just focused on the computer screen to complete her forms/tasks. We were highly disappointed. Not going to see her or recommend her.

When you call, they tell you they did send out notices and must have been lost in the mail. This happened 2 times to me now for different procedures in the last 3 years. Both times, the same exact thing. First notice to pay was from a creditor they sent my account to, again, without any notice to me. BE AWARE!!! Look up other reviews. It's not just me. HORRIBLE!

I was very nervous but the ENTIRE staff could not have been friendlier or more comforting! I'll ONLY go back to GOC and their staff. They even went to the waiting room to talk to my wife for awhile and inform her of what was to be expected. I will be sending a care package. Thank you!
