My appointment was at 300 and didn't get back to room until 3:15. The massage table was a cheaper model with not much padding. 5 minutes into my massage the therapist said she was worn out from her other 3 massages and said she didn't have much energy left for a deep tissue massage. I would never go back there again. I have a massage therapist in my office and know want to expect. They were more concerned with trying to up sell me on products then my experience..

I've had a membership with massage envy for several years now and I'm finally at the point where I…read moream cancelling. It is very difficult to get appointments for massages unless you book really far in advance. On several occasions (at least 4), Massage Envy has called me on short notice to cancel or try to change my appointments (which is hard with my lack of childcare). So even if I book in advance I can't use my membership sessions bc they cancel them! Not worth the membership anymore. Unfortunate because they used to be such a great location.
