Husband got her started and got her home. this morning she would not start. finally got her started, found hoses that were leaking because were not tight. my car ran better before we took, it to Holy Fix. We do NOT recommend this business. They advertise they know classic cars but we do not agree after this experience.

Its my bad for not inquiring the price difference but they, the service manager should definitely let the consumer know the exuberant charge for mobile 1 an no credit for the oil that was originally included in the standard $88.00 oil service. Bottom line is you can purchase anywhere mobile 1 5qts for under $30 bucks. The service manager should definitely let the consumer aware of the price difference prior to service. My bad but they could have made me aware of price difference so a better decision was made.

After the sale, I had opportunity to speak to Nick in the service department. He was extremely helpful and cordial and resolved a couple of minor issues very very quickly. In addition, I have spoken to Kim, the title administrator, and she is assisting us in expediting the registration process out of state. All these people are exemplary in my opinion ! I have a 30 year background in the automobile business, and I can tell you that buying a car today is extremely difficult and more expensive than it's ever been. This being the case, it's extremely important to have a dealership who's personnel are very straightforward and honest. There are a couple of things that have to be accomplished, yet, but not withstanding some items to be completed, I fully expect to have a totally pleasant experience at the end. Prices on vehicles are higher throughout the US for a multitude of reasons, most of which are not the dealers fault. Extremely limited inventory, chip shortages, and slow delivery, are all beyond the control of the Dealership, and they suffer right along with the American consumer. I look forward to them completing all of the final work to the vehicle. If that goes as I expect, this will be a five star review. It's really up to the dealership to complete a delivery and any promise to be honored. tI believe their intent is to do just that. I look forward to completing this review, but in the meantime, I must say the initial experience has been a 10 out of 10!

During this time, I asked King Ford if they could provide a loaner or offer any assistance with a rental, but nothing was offered. It's disappointing, because the level of care seems to end once the sale is complete. The service experience has not reflected the "royal treatment" they advertise, especially when customers need support the most. Especially since I have been a loyal customer for years.

I noticed a noise in my engine and shortly after the A/C went out in my 2004 H2 Hummer. I looked at the engine to find my A/C belt was off and bound up. At ~2 pm on a Thursday, I found Gerard's Automotive Shop and hoped for the best as I was 2 hours from home with work at 8 am the next day and unsure how safe it was to continue driving. They were busy servicing many customers. I asked for help, and I was politely told they were backed up but would take a look in ~45 minutes. ~30 minutes later they took that look and quickly found that the tensioner had gone bad on my A/C unit which caused my belt to slip and bind. Within 2 hours I was taken care of for less than $200. Furthermore, they identified an oil leak, took pics, and sent them to me. The owner chatted with me and my son, gave us cold water and a cookie while we waited. How long has it been in your life since you had such great service as a non-existing client/customer? It's been quite some time for me. I can't thank these guys enough as they not only saved me a ton of time, worries and money, I now know when I travel from Atlanta suburbia for a Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino run, I have a trusty mechanic close by when/if I need it. I may just strategize a service visit or repair when I visit the casino just because I know I'll get great service and a fair shake. From the moment I called until I picked up my car, I had a great experience with Gerard's. I initially spoke with Frank and then Brian took care of me throughout the process. You can tell that they value their work even down to the waiting area inside the shop. There were freshly baked cookies and everything was very neat and clean. I feel like you don't often see that in automotive shops. They accommodated me quickly and were able to solve the problem with my trunk and I am so happy that's it's fixed. I was initially quoted an exorbitant amount down in Florida to fix it and so I am very happy that I was able to find a shop with honest and reliable mechanics!! The idiots installed the axle with the pinion angles were almost 10 degrees out. Within 75 miles the gears were burnt up and the ARB was burned up. Stay very far away from these shady so called mechanics and fabricators.
