They tried to charge me for a mistake *they* made…read more I took my car in to get some issues fixed. I had *just* replaced the entire exhaust system, as they told me I needed to in order for the issues to be fixed. They blew up the brand new muffler in my car, did a sloppy weld job on the new one, then CHARGED me for it. They agreed to drop the charge afterward, and I would have been fine to leave it there, but then my exhaust system got damaged. Again. The explosion they caused weakened the pipe, and it came off on the interstate. I paid $800 dollars to these people, and now my car's not in driving condition because of a mistake they made. My family used to be dedicated customers to this shop. Now, because of this mess, nobody in my family will ever take their car here again. I wonder, what other mistakes did I pay for? What other issues does my car now have because of sloppy work?
