This was my very first time seeing Dr. Olesugun. I had a lot of anxiety before my appointment and Traci was kind and understood as I went through some stuff with her before my appointment. DocMJ is amazing. I was researching everywhere and everyone's prices were so high that I was about to give up. I got on YouTube and started watching videos and came across people in Orlando that went through them for their medical marijuana. DocMJ is so reasonable. They are the very best. You can't beat 'em. Dr. Olesugun (I really hope I'm spelling it correctly) was so awesome and personal. I felt like I was talking with an old friend. She was very informed about everything and her mind is brilliant. I recommend her to everyome. She's not just empathetic she's sympathetic as well. She got me. That's important. I'm a hot mess healthwise. And she made sure to tell me that if I needed anything or doses altered to just call her she'll call me back. She's a fantastic doctor and I'm so glad I chose DocMJ to go through. What a relief! Decent initial experience but absolutely HORRIBLE experience trying to get anyone's attention afterwards! I wanted to increase my flower limit, I couldn't find the form online, my doctor was no longer at the location. His number (online with the state) was a nightmare of sub phone numbers with no information on which was his. BUT I paid DocMJ, not the doctor so what is the situation when my doctor leaves DocMJ?? I have been waiting weeks since filling out their requested forms and still. Main office - I communicated with multiple people, they were completely NOT compassionate to my over 11 painful (rare) medical conditions and ran me around in circles for about a MONTH over a form that should have been available on their website!! The staff at the "home" office is unprofessional, not helpful, not kind, compassionate or representative of what DocMJ says on their website. Had my 7 month follow up with Dr. Shirley Zelikovsky in Orlando. She is one professional lady that really takes care of her patients needs. We had a telemedicine call that was awesome.
