When I first became his patient I was dealing with 45 years of leg and hip pain plus the huge job of caring for my mother with dementia. I had suffered from bad insomnia for more than 24 months! But I was determined not to overmedicate, as I spent ten years on heavy pain killers as a young woman, the last two years slowly building down the meds until I could go cold turkey. When I arrived for pickup, the product rang up at normal price instead of the discounted price I ordered. I was directed to speak with Erin to resolve it. I showed him my screenshot with the timestamp as proof of what I ordered. Instead of actually helping, Erin accused me of lying multiple times despite the clear evidence in my hands. All of this was supposedly him trying to help me. The woman who assisted me was great and very nice, which makes this worse. One employee handled it professionally while Erin did not. I came prepared and handled this responsibly. Erin's job was to resolve the discrepancy, but instead he chose to be dismissive and accusatory toward a loyal customer who had proof.
