I will say that I still had to do some work BUT, TM will also think of things that you may not. If you are doing your own research alongside them, then you may as well do the claim yourself. I cannot say anything negative about their conduct compared to the none existing claiming to be appointed "Vet" advocates. BORDERLINE: If you have a 90% disability rating, the fee by TM is not burdensome. However, anything over that, the higher rating you receive could cause a financial hardship when trying to pay them. They were flexible with my payments and even stopped calling asking for a payment when I told them they were stressing me out. * I had receive my new rating but my back payment was delayed until about a month after I received the new rating. CONS: I have referred at least 4 vets to TM and all of them have started the process of making claims. As a result, TM will have made at the very least $50k from these referrals. They are grateful for the referrals but does not offer any incentive for the referrals. I don't know what to think of this but I do recognize it as a solid "CON" and will no longer be referring anyone I know to this service, unless they are already 90% disabled.

So I paid it. A month goes by and started to get another call asking for $2,000.00 and I said why I already paid the $5,000 and the caller said oh the VA increased you percentage so we need to charge you for that. I said no you already charged me over $5,000.00 and I specifically asked was that all I would have to pay and I was told yes. Why would you wait until everything is complete before you start charging. They said it was complete but they raised your percentage and I asked how do you know the VA raised it no one ever told me every time the VA raises percentage Trajector will charge me. They were really good until paying time rolled around. I was sitting under the TV which was stating a movie which was distracting me from form filling so I asked if they could mute it for me and they did. I put my preferred name on the form and said "please call me Ocean". They took my copay, and by the time that was done a nurse called for Ocean and took me back and got my vitals. Dr Cunningham saw me and quickly identified the right treatment for me and sent it to the pharmacy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either emergency physicians medical center location, I've had great experiences at both of them. They're friendly, considerate, professional and I was seen in a very reasonable amount of time.

My PCP referred me to Dr. Amy Nance at the NFRMC cancer center. I had no ideal of a treatment plan for breast cancer nor did I know what to except or what I was supposed to do.....but Dr Amy Nance did!!! My first appointment with Dr Nance was very informative and I was very much impressed by her extensive knowledge, which put my physical and emotional state at ease. I had so many questions about my diagnosis and what was going to happen next and she answered all of them; there was no time limit as long as I had questions she was going to stay in the room with me and answer all of them, she wanted me to feel comfortable with the treatment plan, which I was!! Dr. Nance became my PCP for my cancer diagnosis and treatment , she did all the referrals to the other specialists that were going to be a part of my cancer treatment team and those referrals were to the best specialist. Dr Nance is wonderful, she listened and understood my concerns and had solutions for them, which I greatly appreciated. Let me reassure anyone who is going through a diagnosis of cancer, if you want the best oncologist to treat you, I will always recommend Dr. Amy Nance. The Dr. wanted to see me 1-2 weeks following the test. Oh and I will run out of meds. They don't seem to care. Go elsewhere if you can.

My mom was part of their…read morenew blood cancer program, I believe she was their first patient going through it at this hospital. I was not there. My mom and dad were there and stayed in the hospital room for two weeks. Nurses and doctors taking care of them were very helpful, patient, supportive, and welcoming. Only complaint was the food. The chicken was uneatable, not even my dad would eat (He eats anything hahaha). But yes, the food was decent, just not the chicken. The staff did their best to accommodate to my mom and dad's food selections. Overall, my mom and dad were very pleased with the care provided by their team of doctors and nurses. Thank you for taking care of my parents!

Misdiagnoses, wrong…read moremedications, terrible reactions to meds not recognized, wrong diagnoses not corrected, paternalistic dismissive attitudes galore from doctors, nurses and managers. Some staff have been brilliant and kind but they could not make up for all the ghastly experiences I have seen at first hand or suffered myself. When I tried to talk about my concerns I was stonewalled. I understand medicine is difficult and stressful but this hospital adds insult to injury. Literally. O stars if I could.
