He def knows what he's doing and is great. He does take his time and even contacts you when you he thinks something like a certain wax is better. Like I said, you should definitely plan to let him Keep your car for more than a day but if you know me, I can only spare a few hours before I'm on the go for work. By neglect, I mean, had…read morebeen sitting outside on the curb, barely driven, absorbing all kinds of sap, dirt, bird feces, etc. I finally got around to getting it "revamped" and I decided to go with Lone Wolf Auto Detail for the simple fact that Jeremy, the owner, was the only guy available to get me in quicker than anyone else. I originally got a quote just for an exterior/interior detail but I decided I wanted to remove the body kit that was installed on the car as well. Normally, in my experience, detail shops don't do this kind of work as it falls under the body shop category. I wasn't sure if they would do it but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask and to my surprise, I got more than what I expected. Jeremy and his crew did a FANTASTIC job removing the old body kit, including all the glue, installing new pins/fasteners and taking care of the holes the old spoiler left on the trunk. Not only did they do this, but they also touched up several spots around the car that another shop either missed or didn't do in the first detail over a year ago. To simply put, they went above and beyond my expectations and I fell in love with my car again. I plan on taking all my other cars here as well and I definitely recommend this shop for the quality and communication they provided throughout the time they had my car.

It's black on black, with black rims so it shows everything. I dropped it off shortly after they opened at 9. I told the gentleman there that I wanted the works, inside and out. He told me he'd be done around 2 or 3. I went back around 3:15 and they weren't quite done. Believe me, it was worth the wait. When they were done, the car looked brand new. The outside was spotless and shiny. All the tough to get to spots were clean. There were some tough bug spots and some sap. All of that was gone. It looked like glass! The inside? Perfect! The seats and the carpet were 100% cleaned and not a hair or speck of dirt to be found anywhere. The dash and instruments were well done. The impressive part? The center console, from the storage area to the area under the dash looked brand new. The cup holders looked like they've never been used. I was looking for someone close to my office to detail my car and I hit the jackpot. From now on, all my cars go here.
