You could tell she didn't want to be there. No wait, but it was also 930am on a weekday. Price is high unless you're a member. Car wash was great - I chose the middle one. Instead of getting a single wipe for your dash, you can use their microfiber towels and spray. They're in the same area as the vacuums. I had to move my car because one vacuum was broken and not notated.

No signage posted but none of the vacuums work. I literally just backed out of the zips on cane run bc of a sign saying the vacuums were out of order just to come here pay $30 for a car wash and not be able to vacuum my car. Car is still dirty, so I'm looking for a functioning car wash to finish the job. Phone system is shut off so you can't even call them to ask anything so I'll just dispute it with the bank for a refund. Do better.

I have a 2017 jeep Cherokee, great condition inside and out. There is no reason for their car wash to be so faulty that it can crack windows, my mom also had a similar experience at a zips car wash as well. And of course they don't want to take accountability, they have cameras that could prove my window was not broken before the wash and "can't access the footage" and "can't give me any information to contact someone about the footage". The guy I talked to was already brushing off the issue trying to imply I was lying from the beginning. It was completely rude and inconsiderate. I asked for help filling a complaint for the crack in my window, the man looked at me like I was crazy or something. I will be canceling my membership and I'd advise others to do the same as well.

There's stains I wanted removed that couldn't be removed but of course that would require more time, more money and more attention from a shop. But as far as mobile detailing at home this was awesome. The job was completed in my back yard driveway and the car looked close to brand new after the detail. Price was quoted between $250-275 depending on pet hair. I have a dog who forgets to take his fur with him when he leaves the car so $275 was pretty reasonable for mobile detailing at home.
