I had my oil changed twice at Mr Mechanic and the third oil change I took my vehicle to the colonade Car Care on I-10 and Wurzbach and was told that who ever changed my oil last had stripped my oil pan so they had to retread the oil pan and replace the bolt. I was charged 149.00. I took my receipt to Mr Mechanic to show them the damage they did to my vehicle. I was told by the owner Michael that they didn't do any damage to my vehicle and refused to take responsibility for damage they did to my vehicle. I also filed a complaint with BBB which they never responded.

It turned out that I was given the wrong part and having only one car, this placed me in a bind. He knows all about the inherent factory defects and poor/weak designs that come on new cars and he knows how to correct all that. If you just need a part for the transmission, he will just replace the part. If you need a full rebuild, he will not mince words, but he WILL take the time to absolutely explain every little detail of why it failed and how he is going to fix it.
