Ruben came to my house, he was on time and professional but also approachable and friendly. Not only did Ruben of Warhawk Mobile Mechanic fix my vehicle quickly and efficiently, he went above and beyond. It turned out that I was given the wrong part and having only one car, this placed me in a bind. Ruben got on the phone with the auto parts store, apprised them of the situation and even ran up the street and picked up the correct parts for me. Also, and this is huge, Warhawk's prices are VERY fair. I went to another shop, one that rhymes with DebtToys and what a rip off. When I inquired on the price, I was told "I gotta pay my guys what a dealer would." I then thought, "well then why not just go to a dealer?" I had a no-start issue with a 6.0l diesel. Ruben came to the house and quickly isolated the issue. It was drivable but there was clearly an underlying problem that needed to be addressed so I drove it to his shop. He even gave me a ride back home. He did a great job and communicated well. I think I have found my mechanic FOR LIFE. My car broke down and I had it towed to an auto zone hoping it was just a battery issue, but came to find out it was a belt problem. I was going to have my vehicle towed back home and deal with it later, but Mohawk called me back around 745pm that night and quickly offered to meet me at Auto Zone so I wouldn't have to spend more money on a second tow. 20 minutes later he was at Auto Zone and got right to work. Once he finished, he checked everything for me and recommended I get a new battery, so he waited with me in the store as I purchased one and installed it for me right then and there. His initial quote for the service was what I ended up paying, nothing more. I appreciate him so much and highly recommend him to anyone in need. Thank you so much once again! read more

Truck broke down about 30 miles south of SA. Called my insurance company to send a tow truck, nearly 2 hours later tow truck never arrived, nor did I receive a call back. Called Warhawk due to its distance and reviews. Sent him photos along with the situation. He came within a timely matter of notice and had me avoid a tow truck that never came and was back on the road with problem fixed. Affordable price compared to what would have been paid for a tow truck then wait a a shop to fix repair if they even had the part. Definitely saved me the other day! Highly recommend them! read more
