You might think an 18 year old BMW 325Ci Convertible who has enjoyed life in the frigid north of New Jersey and oppressive heat of South Carolina would be consider a "junker" or daily driver. But you'd be wrong. The 2004 E46 has had quality maintenance (mostly by me - a 67 year old shadetree mechanic), and regular washes and waxes and interior cleaning with high quality products and never thru any car wash since new. Then 2 things happened: 1) While shopping at a local supermarket in South Carolina, we were shocked to see a cart someone was too lazy to return to corral, and it ended up putting a ding in the driver's side fender. Of course, having only lived in SC for 2 years we had no idea where to go for potential PDR. Maybe it was divine intervention or just good luck but we found Todd and Dent Bully. We came back the next day and found that not only was the dent completely gone, but that Todd Nesmith (owner and magician of auto metal) found a couple of probably hail stone dings on the hood. He gave us an estimate and actually charged us LESS than he predicted. SWEET! Todd then answered about a hundred questions I had about ceramic coatings. He is one of the few "Ceramic Pro" providers within 100 milea of where we live. When our tax refunds arrived, we made an appointment with Todd and he gave us back a beautiful car with a finish that looks BETTER than when it was born in 2004. No, we are not related. No, I have no financial interest in his business. Had a good size dent in the rear door of my F-150. Got a quote for $1750 from the first shop I went to. So brought it to The Dent Bully. Popped about 95% of it out at no charge in roughly 10 seconds. Scheduled service for the next day to pull out three remaining creases. 2 hours later I was on my way with no noticeable damage and about 85% cheaper than the quote from the first company! Very friendly, expeditious and clearly knowledgeable. Also has a very clean waiting room with a few chairs and a TV. I don't want to have to go again, but if I do have damage again, that's where I'm going....zero doubt. read more

This morning I brought my wife's three month old car to The Dent Buddy in Rincon with a dent in the hood (that I accidentally put there). Nothing less than 5 stars! Unbelievable! That's what I say. How can we here on Hilton Head continually get ripped off by so many people in different trades---every day. What he did did NOT require a whole new door panel but paitence and skill--he has an art. Todd is honest and trustworthy, highly skilled, and fair. i will tell EVERYONE I know that if they have a dent of any size (mine was ~ 1'X1' on a passenger door)...to try Dent Bully and FORGET auto body shops, a thing of the past (at least for minor to moderate damage).
