I kept this appt because I needed help with joint pain and sciatica...they billed it as wellness, insurance turned it down Did I sy I pay out of pocket for insurance too? oh sure do. The biggest problem is they do less than nothing....here is a doctors office that figured out how to make money by doing nothing. I had a well visit in August There is absolutely no accountability concerning ANYTHING.

Dr. Hanna is money first, patient last. If ever. Any concern…read moreI've ever brought to her, she has brushed off. Any referral I've asked for, she has told me I need to figure that out with my insurance, myself. She breaks everything possible into multiple visits so that billing happens as much as possible. For my last appointment, I had a urinalysis that she admitted she never reviewed, even though it was a severe issue that needed immediate care. I had to make a new appointment a week later to review those results because I still wasn't feeling well. When I told her it was unacceptable that she never reviewed my results, she said "it's Monday" and "you're not my only patient", I said it's been a week and that's a terrible way to treat a patient. She back tracked immediately and said she did review my results and never followed up because she didn't need to. She then began being very condescending to me and even told me she doesn't need to mother me or check back in (and denied telling me to call her if I needed a medication change, as my infection was a tricky one to treat). I again, told her this is very condescending as I was just following exactly what she told me to do. She actually hung up on me during this telehealth video call. She is truly the only PCP that was available when I moved here and it is clear why. The office itself is so gross and creepy. She's cared a lot more about my outfits I wore to my appointments, than my family's colorful cancer history! This was my final straw after her lack of care for 2 years, so this is probably a blessing in disguise for me!

I will not be taken advantage of and will always stand up for myself and the red flags this place was waving did not fly with me. 1) They want you to sign a document stating that they can charge you a day before a visit (they say it is for telehealth only but the "legal document" does not specify telehealth). 2) Go to pay your copay $1, but surprise there is a $10 minimum charge and I never carry cash. Not anywhere in their signage or documents does it go over a minimum. The old Indian man at the front office tried to tell me I can't go anywhere like a store or restaurant and pay less than $10....WRONG!! I already tried to leave the office because they couldn't conduct business properly and as I'm walking out they called me back to the desk and try to explain more, as I'm saying that they can not charge me more than the $1 copay the office man said that I would not be a good fit for the office...DUH!!! I was already on my way out the door. 3) The office is disgusting, I have to unfortunately go where my insurance is covered and I made a poor choice going here. I can't believe this place is still in business. It's so unfortunate for those who don't have access to better care than this. I thought I liked the Dr. and Nurse Ann, but the front desk staff and their policy is atrocious.

To hear surgery patients complain about wait times is ridiculous. You can NEVER predict what time a surgery will start. If the surgeon runs into a issue during the procedure would you want him/her to throw down the instruments and push the patient aside so you can go in on time? Would you want them to do that to you? Maybe you would. Unreal. It's extremely difficult to schedule procedures and you haven't had to deal with patients showing up with their issues and last minute changes and complaints that were never discussed because the patient "forgot" or changed their mind.

He has been an amazing…read moregastroenterologist - He is always dependable , caring , concerned and has the most fantastic personality.- I have always felt very well managed by the ARNPs, RNs and technicians - above this- the doctor is extremly brilliant!! We are so lucky that he has decided to be a primary care , concierge physician now along with gastroenterology! I had my first primary care appointment on Tuesday with him and I feel like I saw 4 specialists. So grateful to Madison too , his medical assistant,for her positivity and sweetness. Doctor K is always available if you have problems- very important to me at age 67. Try him for a month and see what I mean about his insight , understanding, caring and mirth.
