I had two different outpatient procedures at this clinic. They were exceptionally clean, professional, friendly and competent.

Absolutely wonderful hospital. I was looking at some of the reviews of this hospital and I'm…read morecompletely shocked at some of the ratings. I'll start by saying they have valet parking when you come to this hospital for regular visit or for ER visit I had to go to the ER Thought I was having a heart attack or stroke. They got me immediately back ran a ton of test for two days kept me for observation overnight. It was a complete team approach and I was very very very impressed. The other time that I was at this hospital was recently when my friends daughter gave birth. The entire process the entire team did a fantastic job. Communication was amazing. Their procedures and policies were very modern and up-to-date. After the birth and in the room, the baby never left the room or the mother side or should I say site they had a lot of educational resources and made sure that the Mom understood many things about being a mother what to do in the early days, taking care of a baby. There was a lot of education a lot of communication and a real desire to help the mom take care of the baby the way, the mom wanted to have things done. They were very respectful and very attentive. I could go on and on and on, but after having experience in other hospitals, I can't say this is absolutely the best hospital I've ever been in a reserved service from.

I was surprised by how quickly my visit to the ER went. As soon as I checked myself in, orders were…read moreput in for a scan, and I was taken back for that within 20 minutes. The ER has a lot of regulations that don't really make sense - for example they have to push you in a wheel chair even if you are able to walk! I wasn't a big fan on that. It did take a bit of time for a Dr to read the results of the scan and follow up, but I was provided with some sandwiches and a nurse checked in on me. The level of care was fairly quick and professional and I had full confidence in the medical team. I was impressed. They took a copay and have not heard anything more about billing (yet).

First time visit and went for bloodwork since it was nearby. All was fine (courteous,…read moreprofessional, nice facility) except we had to wait 30 minutes to get the blood drawn and there was only one person ahead of us. It turns out that is because in "off season" (early June) they only have one nurse on duty. So, just be aware that there could be more of a wait than you would expect, but it does save a trip to town. You do need a signed order from a doctor to get the bloodwork done.

I came here to have them rewrap it (I get very queezy with anything medical) the PA, Yuliya, scoffed that I hadn't changed the dressing (the er told me to leave it alone because it was broken, also I am one handed). She then proceeded to unwrap everything and cut off what she couldn't unwrap and was extremely rough with my broken finger!! She proceeded to tell me to daily unsplint it and rewrap it. The first er I went to told me not to unsplint it because it was broken and needed to stay stable. As she was being extremely rough moving and pulling the wrap against my finger, I told her it hurt and reminded her it was broken. She said I know. The nurse offered to help her and she ignored her and continued. I cried the rest of the afternoon from how much pain she inflicted. My finger was throbbing and I could feel intense pain where it is broken at. I called a family member who is a RN to vent and she was appalled at the behavior and actions.
