I came here because of a recommendation from one of the patients for the weight loss program. Our nurse was Valentina supper nice and helpful, and explained any questions we had. The visit is initially $25, and if you wanna start with the program they do some blood work and a injections same day which cost $150. And there is a $80 visit for checkup for every 4 weeks. Nurse Orquidia Gracia was professional and friendly - barely even noticed her careful blood draw. From there, the visiting physician was also very helpful and listened to my questions and concerns. Every single time I've come in, without fail or exception, everyone in the office is so nice. Went in with a bad sinus infection. The doctor was highly unprofessional because I told her I might be pregnant. She asked me "why did you come here ?!?" She kept shouting I can't take any medicine!! When I hadn't taken any she wouldn't listen. It was bizarre. Then she finally proscribed me a 'pregnant' friendly medicine. Never have I ever had an experience like this. I felt very discriminated against. I understand not taking medicine, but I came to the doctor to get advice to get better. This is my first time trying and we aren't confirmed pregnant.. stay away. read more

This place is the best. I go here for everything and because I'm paying out of pocket, it is so affordable! I am always seen within 10 minutes of arriving and rarely ever more than that unless it's really busy. The staff is helpful too, prescription refill requests for the doctor are handled promptly. Went here to help a family member get a medical exam. We had to wait about an hour, which isn't too bad for going late in the day. The nurse was nice and very efficient. She did all the vitals and took the blood samples. Apparently, it didn't hurt too much when she took the blood samples. The doctor was very friendly also. We requested an appointment online and 4 days went by and we did not hear anything back. I called to make an appointment and she was very rude and condescending. I do not like people being the face of the company that sound like they hate their jobs. If you don't like what you do, simply quit. My husband went to this office to get treatment and also a recommendation of attorney after his accident 7/3/19. Not only did they not have him get the attorney, but after treatment was started they denied him treatment because they didn't have a letter of protection from the attorney. After they clearly told him "you are getting treatment through your Personal injury protection (PIP). Not only did they drop the ball in getting him signed with Mark Gonzalez, but now they are demanding an LOP for him to get treatment this morning. We will go elsewhere. Yeah, definitely stay away from this place. I went for an annual physical which should be covered 100% by the insurance but for some reason they're still charging me $65. Then, apparently the lab they use for blood tests isn't even within my network - would've been nice to know because according to my insurance, I owe more than $1000 to these people and they're questioning what happened. Also, after my blood tests came in they called and said I was low on Vitamin D so prescribed a Vitamin for me to pick up at the drugstore, so I did. Two weeks later I get a call from the clinic ... I got nervous thinking maybe they caught something else. However, it was the same girl calling me to tell me the EXACT same thing they told me two weeks before. Uh helllooooo, by that time I was already taking the vitamins. Get. It. Together. Doctor's Clinic. Please! Not going back there. Ever. read more

Went there because they were supposed to offer physical therapy on weekends. Said they wouldn't accept a prescription from another Dr., had to do their own. Then their Dr. sent us to their Chiropractor, and their idea of a "physical therapy" session was 5 minutes on a TENS machine. Basically, it seems they are just running a scam where they bill the insurance company for "services" that aren't really being provided. read more

In short, unnecessarily charged a total of $1,200 due to errors on their part, which they refused to correct. 2 things that I expect from doctors: (1) that they recommend action based on what's best for the patient's health, not based on what allows them to bill the patient's insurance; and (2) that they be upfront about diagnoses that might be false positives, or at least that they recommend further tests before jumping to conclusions (otherwise I might as well have WebMD tell me I have cancer). Sadly, my visit to Doctor's Clinic failed on both of these criteria. First, the doctor recommended a bunch of extraneous tests "because it'll be covered by my insurance so why not". Because they're completely unnecessary and you're just recommending these to bill my insurance; this should have been a red flag. Not to mention that the office mis-coded the claim to my insurance, despite my insurance company saying that they were willing to reimburse me if the doctor resubmitted the claim (which they refused). Second, she called me over a week after my appointment claiming that I would have a heart attack if I didn't immediately go to the emergency room (I didn't have symptoms). Both a med student that I know and the doctor at the ER immediately suspected that this was a false-positive due poorly-drawn blood rupturing my red blood cells, which was confirmed by the test re-run at the ER. Overall, a very financially and emotionally costly visit that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. read more

I just finished my last follow up after a bad car accident I had. A soon as you walk in the lobby is clean and smells fresh. Everything seems to be in its place and organized. MY primary doctor is here which was super convenient when i had to start seeing Dr. Sanchez ( Chiro Dr.). Everyone seemed genuinely caring when it came to my pains and I never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen. Lisa the Physical Therapy receptionist was always very friendly and always asked at the beginning of every session how I was feeling. On one occasion I had really bad back pain and she was kind enough to get a heating pad and placed it on the the part it hurt the most during my session. When she wasnt there I also had Maricela take care of me. She was always so sweet and kind. I highly recommend doing your treatment here, you will definitely get the attention you need and will feel better in no time. Thank you Doctors Clinic! read more

The worst general doctor in the area. Does not take his time to look at you in an exhaustive way. He give an antibiotic prescription for my husband without any lab, test or deep check up. He only listen what I described. He never do anything to me. His interaction with my husband and I was for less than 10 minutes and its cost me $112. The charges never were explained before we enter to see the doctor. If you want to take care of you or any member of your family, better take them for another place. read more

I spent over 4 months receiving PT, Chiropractic and Spinal Injections for my herniated disk. The staff is very courteous, professional and helpful. Lisa and Crystal were awesome, whenever I had to reschedule an appointment they took care of it! Dr. Sanchez really helped lessen the pain in my neck and lower back. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED .if i could give this facility zero stars I would. My family and I had to get updated vaccines And tests when we received our greencards a few years ago. They clearly printed out the forms stating that I received all the vaccines that I was requiered to have. I am currently about to start college and needed this facility to sign my vaccination form to verify that I had all the vaccines, and they initially refused to do so. It took about 25 minutes and 30 DOLLARS to get a single stamp . Every single staff member was excruciatingly rude , unprofessional and immature. They refused to hear what we had to say when we tried to explain our situation to them .They verbally attacked my mother and I , and I am still in shock that such people can work in a service industry. Lisa was very helpful with the exercises and had no problem showing you how to do them. WOW.... I honestly do not know where to begin. This is without question, the best clinic ever. It started with Cindy, (front desk receptionist on medical side) back in August. She is an absolute sweetheart and so pleasant. Cindy immediately made me feel welcomed, on what was one of the worst pain days of my life. However, she had a vibrant and beautiful energy that shined so brightly. Then I met Dr. Sanchez. He is really funny and possesses great bedside manners. A lot of doctors could learn a thing or two from his mannerisms and treatment of patients. Finally, there are my lovely ladies, Lisa and Marciela. The ladies are nothing short of amazing and have endearing personalities. They worked with me during therapy and catered to all my needs. Lisa and Maricela knew when to push me a little harder and when to reward me with the massage table!!! Today was my last day and I am really saddened by this. I am going to miss the team so much because they have become what I consider friends. Well....Cindy is more like the little sister that I never had!!
