Despite the significant distance/travel, I have continued to attend the Browns Plains Family Practice as they at all times are warm and welcoming when I ring or drop in. Nothing is too much and they always have a smile. I consistently observe exceptional teamwork and outstanding communication. They are professional and respectful and listen to my concerns, acknowledge that I understand my body and, when I need an appointment, always accommodate me even if I see another GP from the Practice. I fell safe and supported by the Practice and always feel heard. I never feel judged. Doctor Liebenberg and Vicki (receptionist) go the extra mile at all times. I am a registered nurse of 40 years. I work full time so usually have to see Doctor Liebenberg on a Sunday. Even on a busy Sunday, she takes walk ins. Often you have to wait a long time to see Doctor Liebenberg. However, I am comforted that when I need her, she will fit me in and spend the time with me that I need. Thank you to all the staff at Browns Plains Family Practice. Appreciate and value you all.
