There have been SEVERAL instances where they have run out of meds on Fridays so you are stuck without your meds all weekend. This weekend is even a holiday and they didn't let me know so I could call and get my doctor to send the script somewhere else so now again, I am going to be stuck without my meds for 4 days. They do not care if you are without your meds and they are extremely rude when called out for their failures. They have done the same thing to my mom. I plan to file a formal complaint with the state. I would NOT recommend you use this pharmacy.

She effectively allowed him to break the line while detaining us. To add insult to this injury, she then allowed a woman with a cart full of bags to proceed with no check at all. The only difference between us and the others was that we are African American. They won't get any more of my money.

I absolutely love the staff at the Pine Bluff Walmart Pharmacy. They're very helpful and go above…read moreand beyond. There's one pharmacy tech in particular that stands out (Robin). Robin will call the doctor's office if they don't have a medicine in stock asking for alternatives or dosage adjustments. She could just leave the situation as Walmart not having the medication in stock but she doesn't stop there. Robin will tell you what the hold up is on a prescription (perhaps a prior authorization from insurance). But she lets you know what's up. I really appreciate her going the extra mile. The other pharmacy techs are good too but I've had the most dealings with Robin. The 3 pharmacists that I have dealt with are amazing as well. They're very informative and always ask if you have any questions and if you understand what you're about to take. The pharmacy is OVERLY REASSURING to the waiting customers (if around lunchtime) that they will of course be taken care of before they close for lunch. People often panic if its close to lunch time fearing that they won't be taken care of, but the Pine Bluff Walmart Pharmacy puts your mind at ease letting you know that you'll be okay.
