In the middle of printing my long report - the toner message popped up and said I needed a new black toner cartridge. I did not have one on hand... I called J & S Electronics at 2:50pm, they called back at 3:00pm and told me that somebody would be there in an hour with my toner!!! They are about a 50 minute drive from Bonaparte. I was so thankful and excited that I could print the rest of my report before I closed for the week. There are not many businesses around here that would offer that kind of service!!! Very thankful and happy that we are leasing our copier through them!!! I would highly recommend them to any type of business, large or small!!!

Altho they have excellent people working for them (acct managers and cust service reps), whoever is making the decisions is not customer oriented. Very hard to get monthly invoices; but worst of all are the delivery drivers that they contract out for. Most of the time, deliveries are received in a timely manner. However, I've gotten stuck in a constant circle of receiving "Shipping Exception" emails day after day when I don't receive my supplies. Happened a year ago and is happening again. Never got my order last year; but my account manager re-ordered the missing items for me.
