I went into the Toyota Plaza service department to have them look at it and, while it was in, do an oil change. I was ecstatic that they were able to get me right in and out that afternoon. I was so relieved that I wasn't stuck for days on end waiting to get in. Moreover, everyone was so friendly and helpful--from the service writer, to the tech, to the runners in the reception drive up area! While nobody's happy about unexpected vehicle repairs, they did everything possible to make it as bearable as possible!!

However, after signing the contract I realized that what I signed was not the same as what I heard! I discussed the problem with them and asked them to refund the vehicle because the condition of the contract was not matched with the given information and detail, yet they could not do anything for me! Now, I am totally dissatisfied and frustrated because of the extra payments that is not affordable for me!

The car had a broken muffler and the wheel covers did not fit and so they were attached to the steel wheels with electrical ties. The salesperson John Brown gave me his word that they would fix both of these things. The muffler fix lasted only a couple of hundred kilometers and they never resolved the issue with the wheel covers despite numerous requests. I will not do business with them again. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this dealership as they do not keep their promises.

While it was there, a staff member took it for a test drive and was involved in a serious accident. I wasn't there and wasn't driving. My car now has major damage, including airbag deployment, and it's sitting at a repair facility. I was told another driver may have caused the crash, and that everything is now going through insurance, but the result for me is the same my car isn't drivable. I work two jobs and have kids, so having a vehicle is essential. The dealership did give me a loaner at first, but I was required to return it on January 24 and was told it was only a "goodwill" gesture. My car is nowhere near being fixed, and I'm now completely without transportation. I don't have loss-of-use coverage, so there's no rental being provided while the insurance process plays out. I wasn't involved in the accident at all.I just came in for routine maintenance but I'm the one left dealing with the impact. I'm not trying to blame anyone. Accidents happen. But it's been incredibly stressful to be left without a car and with so much uncertainty after a simple service visit. I think other customers should be aware this can happen.

This warranty company ( Global Warranty) are horrible to deal with, my vehicle has been gone for the past two months and still no answer as too if they will cover it although the warranty says they will. I emailed Keith Gordon auto sales a week ago to at least discuss this with me and they won't respond, yet if I email to purchase a vehicle they respond that same day or the next. I will not be purchasing my next vehicle from them, and to anyone who does, research the warranty company they use.
