I brought in a restaurant menu I designed and needed 50 sets created. I was not in a hurry and just wanted one set made to work with a client. Over a quick phone call, I finalized the design, changed the files in Photoshop and asked to print the 50 sets instead of 1 set. It was not a problem and they turned them around to me in 45 minutes. (All while having 4 machines working on different jobs simultaneously.) I really appreciated the character of the individuals I worked with. Very helpful, courteous and personable as we together worked on tweeking a few colors to get my job just right. I usually do not get this from a large printer service company. As I was waiting, many customers came and went picking up jobs with a very personable, first name and thankful demeanor. I smiled, said hello to many of Speedy's customers as I stood at the front counter. I laugh still about this. A very nice lady came in to get a bi-fold business advertisement as I was waiting. She had her Mac laptop open on the counter working on a layout with a bit of frustration. "I've been going to the Apple Store for months now trying to learn how to design my business advertisement." I at first watched, listened and peeked over her shoulder. I had to step in. "Excuse me, I see you are laying out a simple design for your business. Maybe I can help you?" I told her. She said sure. After a few minutes of watching her fiddle with the most simple commands, I asked if I could just make a few suggestions. Again she said, "Sure!" She let me drive and gave me the computer. I then helped format and design her already created project to a much better looking layout. 15 minutes later I had her design complete. She was so appreciative and I was happy to help. She gave me her card and told me to come get a free haircut sometime as that was what her business was all about. This is why I enjoyed working with SIR Speedy.

If you take the moment to read all these, the problem is more than apparent; this husband and wife duo have NO professionalism in how they treat clients, and especially employees. With how swiftly they hemorrhage both, it's remarkable they can sustain this farce. Avoid this place like a plague, unless you want to be yelled at, talked down to and cussed out over asking basic questions. Get ready to be double-teamed as the other approaches halfway through the first one's one-sided yelling match, unsure what the topic even is, but eager to insult. Get ready to receive harassing phone calls (Pro tip: only ever communicate with them in written records). And if you're a customer, (from what I saw in my brief time there) get ready to have your project outsourced and sub-contracted to the lowest bidder (especially as they are between graphic designers to do so in house). There are other print shops, even other FastSigns. FastSigns is even a good company for signs. But there is NO reason to resort to the kind of abuse you will receive at this location. Full disclosure; I'm a former employee currently chasing down stolen wages from these two. Wages willfully excluded from my final paycheck, with documentation to corroborate. I tried to resolve this professionally, but was ghosted in response.
