Guess who has still not contacted me...Jared. It is June 1, 2026 and I am getting ready to contact them again. I am done being nice and patient. I still do not have a manual for a 7,400.00 furnace and still have not had the city inspector back to make sure it passed. I will also be finding out what recourse I have to get this taken care of. When I have, I am done. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to use Airco Service for anything. I would give zero stars if possible.

With 30 minutes, I had an appointment for 9 on Friday with Etchinson. Allan showed up right on time, and within 30 minutes had my heater fixed for $90! He was knowledgeable and educated me as to what went wrong and where it happened, but most importantly he was honest and respectful!! And! My house is warm again!! I will make sure to call Etchinson first in the future for any heating needs. Very impressed and pleased.

I had made an appointment with another vendor and, after three days of no A/C they still had not…read morearrived. I called Steve (highly recommended on Yelp) and told him my situation. I asked him to arrive after 2pm since I would be away until then. Surprisingly, when I arrived home at 2pm, my A/C was working. I checked my texts and found out that Steve had come to my house at 11:30am and fixed my A/C. He said he felt bad the other vendor had not been responsive and that we had been without A/C for so long. What a great guy! I was so satisfied with his work, I scheduled a yearly maintenance and will be purchasing a service plan. This company is the best and definitely deserves an A+ rating!!
