Usually has most things in stock even hard to find items that you can't find in chain stores like Petco etc. , and one thing they have that doesn't exist in a chain store ---EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had my dog training classes here, and that's how I started coming to this location; but I have to tell you the customer service from the store is unrivaled. If there's something you need, just call and check on it. They're happy to check in stock, They also have a website you can order through that too, 99.9% of the time what you're looking for is a stocked item,and on the rare occasion that it is not or you have an item as I did a special cat food recommended by the vet they did not have on the shelf they called another location, had it there for me the next day! I also have a bad back and I cannot carry large bags of dog food for my dog....put my back out once they had the food delivered to my house free of charge which is a service they offer as well; if I go to the store, they are happy to bring it to my car for me if needed. Unfortunately, Levi tested positive for anaplasmosis. I was informed that follow-up testing is necessary because he might have been exposed at a different time. Last year, he tested negative, but after finding ticks on him four weeks ago and noticing stiffness when he got up, I decided to have him tested again. The result is that I now must wait a week for an appointment with my regular veterinarian to obtain the necessary medication for Levi. According to my conversation with VIP Pet Care's customer service and veterinarian, if your pet is diagnosed with a condition, they cannot provide treatment. Meanwhile, I received an email offering NexGard Chewables but not the required antibiotic, as they operate as a "mobile" vet service. Additionally, I overheard a conversation with a woman ahead of me, whose dog may have been uncooperative during the visit. For whatever reason, they couldn't draw the dog's blood; therefore, they offered her a coupon to return another day for the procedure. It might be more appropriate to consider refunding her payment.

I was expecting her to explain what happened but instead she lied to me. The people here should take accountability for their actions and at least be honest and more careful with the animals. It is ridiculous to cut a dog this much. My dog was limping for a few days because he also had a cut on his leg. Don't recommend at all. Please take your pet somewhere else.
