Went back and instead of saying I will handle my employee and talk to her she refunded the grooming fee... and I left . Went back the next day and again showed pictures and still had nothing to say except to the guy in the front cashier asking did u hear him cry or see blood? Like R U For real ? Instead of letting me know upfront that this happened and saying it was an accident and all I would have felt much better .. Instead got one lie after another and the owner n her groomer should retire !

They originally contacted me and solicited me to use their services. The quoted price to shave my…read morecat was $220, which I agreed to. I even double-checked beforehand to confirm the cost, and everything was set and scheduled. The night before the appointment, we followed their instructions and adjusted our cat's feeding schedule. We also gave her Trazodone to help ensure she would be calm and relaxed for the grooming. I took time off from work to be home for the appointment, only to receive an email about 30 minutes beforehand stating there would be an additional $100 "handling fee." I never saw the email in time, and no one called or texted to discuss it. Instead, no one showed up for the appointment. The complete lack of communication, professionalism, and consideration for my time was extremely disappointing. After confirming the price, preparing our pet, and taking time off from work, I expected much better customer service.
