The manager Frank, A+, said just come by and visit once in a while as they missed me also! I ended up adopting a rescue about a month later, a Morkie, who saved me back. I see a review (complaint) for an extra charge for an emergency visit. They are on a schedule. You could go to an emergency clinic and pay $150+ just to walk in? They are also a business. It costs them money to pay their employees, provide the medications, their services, building fees, etc. Having a pet and taking care of all the pet's needs is another bill in your life. Either you deal with it or don't have a pet.

My dog, already traumatized from a raccoon attack, was brought here for help. He failed to take basic safety precautions to secure my terrified dog. When my dog reacted instinctively, he immediately used aggressive, profane language in front of my eight-year-old son, shouting, "Get this f***ing dog out of here!" and stormed out, leaving us sobbing and abandoned. While he eventually returned to provide a rabies shot, the lack of basic decency was inexcusable. I will never return, and I strongly encourage others to look elsewhere for care.

Following the first visit we chose to signup for their care plan which actually ended up being cheaper for our dog's situation. If your dog will need to go to the vet multiple times a year I think their care plan is worth it and the app makes it easy to track and cancel the auto renewal. Additionally, the vets at this location have gone above and beyond to accommodate our dog who is extremely nervous at the vet. The staff is friendly and was willing to work with our dog's needs. They have been easy to work with, have plenty of appointments available to work with your schedule, and the staff has made it easy to navigate such a stressful process.

The staff claims it's because of emergencies that day. However, I recently was "the emergency," but was still made to wait outside in the heat for over 1 1/2 hours. Very disrespectful to the clients' time. When I question the staff how much longer it will be, the responses and tone from the assistants are not friendly. The office is too crowded and disorganized. People and pets all over the place. It's a shame that a doctor with his expertise does not oversee his office better. It reflects back on to him. I'm moving my pets to another veterinary practice.

I am deeply disappointed by the service we received at this veterinary clinic. Despite being…read morerecommended by family, our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. According to the vet our dog needed a sonogram prior to being neutered. I took my dog in two weeks ago, unrelated to the surgery, to update his shots which at no point was there any discussion of the surgery or the sonogram ESPECIALLY the cost of it all. Throughout the entire process, there was zero transparency about costs with the tech Jay. We went ahead and scheduled the sonogram and still no disclosure about costs were mentioned. When my mother-in-law arrived at the sonogram appointment she asked what the cost of the sonogram and surgery were going to be. We decided to postpone the sonogram due to uncertainty about the costs. This decision triggered an unexpectedly hostile reaction from Jay, one of their technicians. His behavior was shocking and unprofessional. Instead of addressing our concerns calmly, he became irate and threatened us with a $175 cancellation fee, which was never mentioned beforehand. To make matters worse, he rudely instructed my mother-in-law for us not to return to the practice and he would send us the bill. This kind of treatment is utterly unacceptable, especially when dealing with beloved pets. I requested a call from the vet to clarify the situation and never received a call back. Jay falsely claimed to have discussed the costs with me during the earlier appointment which was a blatant lie. The lack of transparency, coupled with Jay's unprofessional behavior, has shattered our trust in this clinic. I would strongly advise against trusting him with the care of any animals. His conduct reflects poorly on their commitment to animal welfare and customer service. Update* received a call back from Jay 3 days later (not the doctors themselves) and he refused to put me through to speak to the doctor. He said "that's not going to happen, I'm the office manager here." I am appalled and disgusted by this situation and behavior. He took no accountability for how he treated my mother-in-law and AGAIN fabricated a conversation we never had so that he wasn't at fault for not disclosing the price of my dogs surgery. If you care about your animals I would highly suggest STAYING AWAY.
