There appears to be a lot going on at Canine. A drop in the quality of grooming, increased pricing, an additional charge for using a credit card, and high employee turnover are all signs of a business in distress. I probably could work around some of these issues, but the fact that now my dog is literally scared about going there is just not acceptable.

It was so thoughtful of her to keep me connected to them when I missed them so much. When my trip got unexpectedly extended by two weeks, Amanda was incredibly flexible and didn't raise the rate, simply updating my invoice until I returned. I really appreciated her understanding and fairness. The property where my pets stayed is spacious and perfect for animals to roam and play, and you can tell Amanda and her team genuinely care for the animals like their own. I'm so grateful to have found such a trustworthy and reliable place for my pets.
