He's pretty wobbly but we've been so lucky to find wonderful groomers. Due to Covid restrictions, she met me just outside the front door at my appointment time. We talked for a few minutes while she checked out my little guy. Then she scooped him up and said ok, he'll be ready in two hours. She texted a little while later to confirm the price and the time to pick him up. When I got there, he looked gorgeous and smelled delicious!! He was a little tired from the experience but so alert. I can tell that he feels like a million bucks since his haircut. I absolutely love that the grooming is by appointment, he's there by himself and cared for from start to finish by the owner.

We walked in with myself, my friend and my granddaughter. First my friend approaches the counter to pay for her cats medicine. She asks the guy at counter a question and is completely ignored. She asks again and he rolls his eyes and then asks her which meds did she want the most expensive or the cheapest and my friend answered saying I want the more expensive one because I feel it works better. He went and got it and rudely comments.... Do you want a receipt. The whole time acting like he was irritated and put out by her mere presence and definitely when asked any questions. I couldn't believe the customer service there. How rude and obviously rude at that. I then asked to see the kittens. The lady said we could, but needed to wash our hands. We all obliged. We went back to see the kittens and the whole time we were back there. I felt very out of place myself. My granddaughter didn't move much at all. My friend looked and talked to the kittens. We were rushed and the guy came in and said people coming it was was time for us to go. My friend asked when the kittens would be available to adopt and was pretty much shut down when the lady said it would be when they were weaned from their mother but they would have to see if she could even be able to get one. She wasn't able to even ask for a specific one to put on hold, but then we were told they were all available except two which tells me someone put them on hold. (but that isn't the big deal here, it is just part of the visit) So we then hurried on up front. My granddaughter told me she needed to use the potty. (We are potty training, so I didn't want to make her wait and we are fast) So I explained we needed to borrow the potty and we would be on our way.... More eye rolling and a little huff and puff and faces made. I am not one to write reviews. Good or bad, but this was something that bothered me and has continued to stay mind. It bothered me to see my friend be so looked down up on in the kitten room and to be so ignored and have faces made at the counter. If I had my way. She would never step foot in there again. It was a terrible experience and the worst customer service I have seen yet this year.

It smells and looks like she's been laying in her own urine. I board her very regularly but the normal one was full, she has NEVER came home smelling or looking like this even after a week of kenneling. The smell was so strong I couldnt stand having my windows up or down, it just blew it around. I called and they did offer me a refund but I'm terrified she's going to follow suit of the other reviews and be sick. They offered to give her a bath if I brought her back which I kindly declined. I would not trust them with her again. She attempted to blame the smell on the fact it had rained but this isn't wet dog smell, it's pure urine. And on another note - they do not leash dogs when you drop them off or pick them up. It seemed odd when I dropped her off that I had to insist the girl leave a leash on because she wouldn't follow her without it. Then when I picked her up, a giant huskie was let out into the lobby completely unrestrained. This isn't safe and it's not appropriate. There could have been children, or other dogs, or anything that would make for a dangerous situation with an unknown and very large dog. I would NEVER recommend taking your pet here.

She had not been feeling well prior to going, but our veterinarian said it was gastroenteritis and prescribed medication, telling us that the kennel could administer the meds and she would be fine. As another reviewer said, she was supposed to have been given a bath on the day of pickup, and we were charged for the bath, but she smelled awful and was visibly dirty and greasy to the touch. We had to take her directly from the kennel to the pet store to give her a bath, with the kids complaining the whole way about how terrible she smelled. The hair on top of her head was so matted that it couldn't be brushed, and I had to trim it down to the skin. She has several other spots that we will have to let the groomer take care of once the hair on her head grows out enough to take her. My wife later called and was assured that she did, indeed, have a bath that morning. The medicine had instructions on the bottle and we verbally gave the employee the instructions when we dropped her off. She was to be given the medication until it was gone, which would have happened toward the end of the week. When we arrived, after they tried to give us the WRONG DOG, they gave us the medication bottle back and it still had pills left. After getting her home, it became clear that she was still not well. We took her back to our vet for an additional $250, where she was diagnosed with severe gastroenteritis and prescribed more of the same medication. After administering the medication properly, she is now back to her old self.

The vet care is adequate; however, there are a few issues to be aware of. As someone else mentioned, there is no grass for relieving your nervous pet prior to going in or coming out of the building. I've also consistently had problems with accurate documentation of vaccines and mentioned multiple times by email, phone, and in-person that my dog is up-to-date with vaccines and they can stop sending me notices in the mail. I provide proof of this every time, but it still continues. A huge negative is that there was no vet or tech follow-up conveying recent lab test results causing a delay in treatment. I was told results take two weeks, but the date on the paperwork shows they had access to the results a full week ago. Only after I called, was a plan of treatment set in place. I have considered going to a different location for veterinary services due to these issues, but likely the next place would have their own issues. One plus for this office is that they coordinate care with an an outside provider who provides chiropractic care and red-light therapy.
