I moved here from Pennsylvania, where I raised snails as a hobby aquarist. Since getting to Kentucky I have had a hard time finding a place to buy them. I talked to the management here at this store, after seeing a beautiful snail in their tank they refused to sell me. I asked them if they could order any of that size and color for me. I was told they could only get them "as they came". Today I went back in to avail myself of the sale going on and was absolutely delighted to find some beautiful snails similar to what I'm looking for to propagate my snails. Assuming I had finally found them "as they came", I asked to buy some. I was told AGAIN, those snails were not for sale. So, seems as I keep being told they can't get them, but they indeed can, given they have them in their tank, I will not be back again. Clearly, the staff are just running their own personal fish tanks on the company dime. They are not really there to sell product. I've tried for over a year to purchase what I, as a consumer am looking for, and keep being told they can't get them; and then when they do get them that I can't buy them. So...I'm done with this store. I will have to do some research and find a fish supplier that is actually interested in doing business with their consumers. The store is well stocked and clean, but if I can't find what I'm looking for, there is little reason to visit again.

I called very last minute because I needed to be in Danville for work and needed my pup to stay someplace while I took my meeting. I visited their website, printed off their boarding agreement, and got all my dogs vaccinations ready. In the morning I called bright and early and the staff said they'd have to check with the owner since they normally have a wait. I got a prompt call back, was told it was fine to bring my dog and proceeded to send all of Samson's vaccinations to Wendy's email. I had hard copies just in case. The address of the location is a little bit past/forward (depending which way you come) from the actual facility. I recommend driving slow and looking out for the gravel driveway. Once inside I had the pleasure of meeting Wendy, the owner, who was an absolute sweetheart to me and Samson. She accepted my records and told me my card would be charged $14 later (normally a full day of day care cost). She told me that they have plans to expand so they'll be able to accept more dogs soon. Once I picked him up, they had nothing but great things to say about Samson and I was pleased with how tired he was even after two hours. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area needing dog care. The staff is friendly, the location and amenities are great, very cost effective, and who doesn't love a tired doggo!

Honestly my experience could not have been worse…read more TLDR: Don't use Heaven Sent Pet Grooming I used this service because of my pets previous trauma. We have experienced aggressive groomers in the past and since then she has not been the best with groomers. I informed Julie (the sole Owner and Operstor) of this and informed her to stop the session if my pet was too anxious or stressed out. I reinforced that I would still pay in full, but to prioritize the dogs comfort. I'm not sure what happened during the session.... But based on the physical injuries from my pet on my pet, I would like to assume there was some rushing, and aggressive maneuvers. I found active bleeding in her ear from aggressive plucking, I found scabs near her neck and groin area, and my pet seemed emotionally traumatized once again. My pet refused to eat for 2 days and did not go outside in fear of potentially encountering another groomer. Months of behavioral training just thrown out the window. I'm back to square one... For the sake of my pet, Im investing in a grooming kit and will be grooming my own pet from now on. You failed as a groomer and permanently shutting down your Google business pages to dodge public accountability and leaving a final replies just so you could get the "last word" is pathetic. It's also funny that your Google page didn't get any activity for a couple years, but right after I left my 1 star review, two of your friends drowned it out with a 5 star review. Either that or crazy coincidence lol. Additionally, since you closed your business page I cannot reply to your Google comments to address my concerns, but here I am voicing my opinion to ensure others pets are not traumatized by you.
