They have a great pre-check feature where you can give a lot of detail on your dog's stay. I typically send toys that I don't mind losing just as a precaution, but they've never lost anything I've sent with my dog and everything comes back neatly packed in his bag. I don't worry about my baby at all while he is at Uptown.

Brody was greeted with treats and love in generous quantities. It was suggested that I wait in the car. Less then ten minutes later they walked him out to me. He was happy and calm and his nails no longer made that clickety-clack sound when he walked.
