They used wood with…read moreknots that have cracked and there were spaces so much wider than the old PRIVACY fence left between the boards.The gap between the side of the gate to the fence was so large they puzzle pieced a section to cover the gap..and my biggest complaint is, they switched the direction that the gate opens without asking me and so now it bangs into the next door Neighbor's air-conditioning unit and the puzzle piece of board has since cracked from being caught on the neighbors air conditioner..They also switched the lock and handle from the back to the front without asking. It took a lot of complaints to get them to come back to fix it which they NEVER did and I gave up after they sent a guy out that told me I look like I smoked weed and was bragging about how many kids he has that did nothing to fix the situation. it was a Horrible expensive regretful experience.

Came to the property, surveyed the site for the new fence, installers showed up EARLY on installation day. No one else in the Columbus area could even send anyone to look at the job for two weeks. Bid came in 20% lower than any other comparable bids. Installers were professional, courteous, and went right to work. Fence looks great, I'm already planning to use them on future projects.
