I called All Clear plumbing this morning (Sunday) and was told the best they could do was to come out on Tuesday. The reason they could not come on Monday was they had a new job they were starting. My question why not fix the job you failed first? The best they could come up with was, " we fully understand your frustration."

We've been chasing weak AC airflow in our 2023-build house for a full year. Called two other…read morecompanies before Harmon Mechanical, and both sent a tech out, poked around for less than 30 minutes, declared the system "working properly," and left. Meanwhile we're standing 6 inches from the vents trying to convince ourselves we feel something. Parker at Harmon Mechanical was the first person to actually treat "the unit is technically fine" as an unacceptable answer. He spent hours on our system -- not minutes -- and when he hit a wall, he didn't shrug and bail, he called in his boss Forrest, to dig deeper with him. That's the difference between someone doing a job and someone solving your actual problem. End result: we now feel airflow several feet from the registers instead of having to put a hand right up on them. One year, three companies, and Harmon Mechanical is the only one that fixed it. They've got a customer for life as long as we're in Auburn. If you're dealing with an HVAC system that "checks out fine" but somehow never actually cools your house, call Harmon Mechanical. When it's July and the AC is struggling, you are willing to pay a premium but they were priced fairly and I feel good about what I paid and the quality of work I received.
