Literally the best we have had in Tennessee!!! Knocked it out of the park!! Side note though- for Northern breeds Especially Alaskan Malamutes and Huskies owners, you need to give them a full day to groom and lots of notice! I called and explained my concerns about getting a groomer that can handle the Fluffy butt! They took all day from 9 am until 4 pm I'm sure with breaks lol but that's the amount of time to get this look. She looks and SMELLS like "new car" dog smell amazing! Also, be reasonable some students may show up and get to work with your dogs and they will only do half price because they are learning...BUT honestly I don't care if the instructors do it, if she comes back to me fully blown out. We're new to dog ownership and honestly I was a tad scared to do his nails myself. I booked an appointment for the week before Christmas. Probably should have thought through that better. We dropped our nervous Nelly off in a new environment with other dogs there, one of which would not stop barking while my husband and I were there. Half an hour later they all and say that he's just too nervous today to do anything but that they realllllly want to try again. The lady who called (my memory for names sucks, sorry) was really apologic but I knew my dogwas nervous and honestly, wasn't surprised. But I was suprised at how much she wanted a second chance so we scheduled another try on Jan 2 when she figured it'd be slower. I dropped him off and he did not want to go inside but we managed. When I went to pick him up they told me he was nervous for the first 15 or so minutes but then chilled out. I was shocked at how happy the dog I picked up was. There are many factors at play for his 180 change of heart, the spa was not hectic, it was chill and calm. The other dogs there that day were wonderfully behaved. The groomers had time to pamper him since it wasn't the crazy Christmas season. He had also started anti anxiety medication about a week before going. These all worked in my specific situation. I'm most impressed with how eager they were to see him again after that first try they really wanted him to have a fantastic time. Two dogs staying for 4 hours = $21 You can drop your pup off as early as 6:30 AM, and at night pick up as late as 9:30PM. They also board dogs, groom dogs, and sell homemade dog treats. I have been coming her for 12 years, always been good until the last few years. I noticed that the…read morequality of the service seemed to be going down and the bill going up.Took my dog there recently, the doctor counted out and measured 5 lumps, and it was decided that they would do surgery to remove them all, and then biopsy. Second to the lump removals was to spay her at the same time. Got a call after surgery that they took two lumps but could not get the third as it would have been too close to where the spay would be. I told them that the primary reason for surgery was for the lumps and that should have trumped the spay, plus it was 5 removals, not 3. They then changed the scope and said this was always just a biopsy and not about removal (Wrong) and that they noted only 3 lumps (wrong). A week later they called to say no cancer but that they recommend ANOTHER surgery to remove all lumps.. I find theM to be very disingenuous about this, it was never just a biopsy, it was to remove all lumps and it cost me over 3 grand. They refuse to admit they were wrong. I will never return to their facility.
